As we live in an interactive world with astonishing improvements contributed by the mutual development of all fields, undoubtedly, the experience of other fields will be conductive to the field of study; However, the achievement of significant advance lies in a myriad of factors from inward and outward.

The inward strive and arduous efforts itself are critical to the field development. The advance of a certain field endeavor needs massive focus on its own path, which requires the concerned scholars to reflect the history of the field from a criticizing point of view, perceive the prospect of the development orientation with foresighted intelligence, and immerge in the experiment on the creative thoughts with great devotion. As we all know, Thomas Edison was a prolific inventor with a brilliant mind. In the process of inventing the lasting light bulb, he persisted through in the circumstances of thousands times of failure and regardless of the laughter around. He never gave up and wavered to choose another way. It proves that the concentration on a specific field is key to the achievements.

Meanwhile, in this practical social context, the development of a field always encounters the confinement of available resources, which influences its pursuit to the acme. To boost economy, the financial policy of a nation tends to favor the industry fields other than focus on literal art such as music or sociology. The unequal support on a government level leads to different development speed of the fields to some extent, which more or less explain why considerable breakthrough in various technology lines come out while rare masterpiece of music emerges nowadays. Those who work under a technical environment will be better-rewarded and higher-respected than those who deal with music. Ultimately, the two fields develop at an unbalanced pace under the misleading social guidance caused by the resource allocation.

Admittedly, the effect of learning and applying outsider experience can never be neglected to the progress of the field of study, as no field develops in a vacuum state and is totally isolated from other domains; instead they interweave, inspire and collaborate with each other. For instance, the discovery of the mysterious element of radium by Marie Curie opened the door to the deep changes in the way scientists think of the matters and energy, as well as led to a new era for medical knowledge and the treatment of diseases.
