The lecturer is against developing space tourism industries because the cons will cover the pros.

Firstly, the cost will not go down because of the involvement of private spacecraft companies. What is argued in the passage is that the competition raised between the private companies will motivate the cost reduction progress. But the lecturer insists that the huge construction work of spacecraft including anti-collision and safety tests will be reflected to a high price.

Secondly, the commercialization of the industry will slow down the speed of scientific discovery progress. As more scientists being hired by private companies with high salaries, they might be forced to convert their direction to commercial programs, which definitely will influence the scientific progress.

Thirdly, it is impossible to convert the source of the huge capital needed from public tax payers to customers. As the industry grows, the huge construction work like the building of space stations could not be afforded by companies, instead, the millions of dollar would lead to a much heavier burden on tax payers.

新加坡一年硕可以当读博跳板吗

Aalto 还是 uppsala

business类专业，Aalto和uppsala均无奖未来计划找工：读博大概 4：6 Aalto商学院貌似比uppsala要好？但是无奖的Aalto学费也更贵，不知道是否值得? 整体感觉两所学校差不多，商学院信息都不是很多，希望有了解的朋友可以帮忙选择一下，感谢?
