Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? If you do not make sure other people (especially influential people or your employers) know about your strengths and accomplishments, you will never get successful in life.

Informing your employers or some influential people of knowing your power and accomplishments, people, in modern society, have to learn and utilize this interaction skill to obtain understanding and trust. It is so important that not only accounted as a vital skill at work, but also a necessity to success in life.

Initially, communication is the essential capacity in society. This is a world that no one can accomplish all of the tasks by himself. Consequently, communication skills are always treated as one of the most essential capacities leading to success. We have to inform those persons who can help us at work, ensuring we could control the whole condition and manage assignments in plenteous resources. And no one can deny that people, apparently, prefer to work with those promising and positive people. As an old saying, fortune favors the prepared mind. Good communication with other people, especially those influential ones, enables people to have fertile source to achieve goals and pursuit the final goal-- success in life.

What's more, informing some other people, especially those Mr. Big, or just your employers, of your strengthen and power, you can be the first in the waiting list, when some challenges, or big assignments comes. For example, when graduated students enter a company first year, they are usually doing some basic works and learn to handle those systematic and complicated tasks, but barely have the chance in charge of any vital programs. However, if these apprentices could perform well and get trusts from their employers, they would apparently more easily to have the opportunities to deal with those significant tasks controlled by them. Relatively, employers would choose those who, even just seeming as capable person, to accomplish tougher problems, which, though sometimes filled with risks, are good chance induce to success.

Besides the two external factor that list above, making sure other people know about your strengths and accomplishments is totally another kind of pressure that enforce you to chase the best. It can easily compare with the condition in school. As a Chinese survey shows that students who have a higher score in the admission exam are often perform better on the rest of the school life. They often express sound interests in studies and course. Finding their potential interests and good performance in classes, their teachers usually focus more on them. Under the spotlight, "good students" have to play a model for the rest, enforcing them to have better achievements. The mental process people had at work is just as that in the school. The focus and the expectations are an invisible hand, pushing them towards the successful land.

In all, if people do not let their employers, colleagues or some other influential persons recognize of their strengthen and achievements, they can hardly gain assistant and trust at work, which often concerned very indispensable in life. Although, achievements, or power also intrigue hatred or jealousy, it is not wise or sensible to hind yourself in the shadow, in pursuit of success.

Which has more influence on people's behavior, telephone or television? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Both telephone and television, apparently, can be accounted as one of the most influential inventions in 20s century. Nevertheless, when it comes to concerning the impacts on people’s life and behavior, television, to some extend, makes much more differences on common people. It is not only accelerate the informing speed, but also transmit the way people cooking, eating, entertaining, or even learning and selecting their interests.

At the beginning, no one can deny that it is television that broadens our scopes to the whole world, shrinking the distances between different countries and cultures. My favorite kind of channels is travelling guide, like National Geographic, or Travelling Around. Through shoots, those TV programs exhibit those fascinating landscape and scenery of the country, the country’s ethics and customs, and its historical events. I am dreaming of the central park and the Wall Street because of the series named “The Apprentice”. I learned about that high-speed life style, heard of the belling of NYSE in the morning, and the spirit of fighting and hard-working in this real jungle.

What's more, television provides instant news, happening thousands miles away. One of the most vital elements in almost every channel is the news. Local TV news focuses on some regional debates, while some national or worldwide ones would contain approximately every piece of indispensible events around the whole world. For example, the ABC world news would broadcast the Olympic Games in 2008, and other issue, like 5-12 earthquake, a natural disaster happened in the west of China; While CCTV, Chinese Central Channel also would displays what the NASDAQ index, and analysis the trends and the potential influence Chinese stock market. It is television that put down the diversities, in geographic and time, pulsing the global trades and understandings.

More profoundly, television, after popularized, is a method to study at home. For common people, one of the most welcomed TV programs in China is cooking. Actually, not only Chinese, people around the whole world are familiar with the method to learn to cook some innovative stuff via TV. What’s more profound is that some television programs, such as science-fiction, documentaries, expose children to a wide variety of useful information. My elder sister, an archeologist, was once addicted to a documentary, concerning about the tomb customs of the West Han dynasty in Chinese history, orienting her to learn more about the materials, and gained a diploma in one of Chinese greatest university. A show, to some extend, could popularize the knowledge and have an effective mass orientation.

In conclusion, with the invitation of television, people have been enormously expanded both in horizons, information, and in public knowledge. With the time past by, television, for almost every country, is utilized as a path to spread knowledge, news, or even political values.

第1段 20s century----20th century
It (去掉is) not only accelerate(加s) the informing speed, but also transmit（s） the way people cooking, eating, entertaining, or even learning and selecting their interests.

第2段 at the beginning感觉是时间上的“起初和开始”，而不是逻辑上的“首先”
shrinking 用的非常好

第3段貌似没有谈到human behavior

第4段段首的more profoundly和段中的what is more profound重复了
