小组概述：
注重团队精神还有创意~不喜形式主义之类的没意义的事~

在蜂巢小组里面可以无所顾忌的发表自己想法，有任何问题也欢迎和其他组员沟通，发发群邮件什么的。小组正式交流请用群邮件。包括一些任务的发布，通知的发布，或者有什么好东西想和大家共享，或者在网上论坛上看到什么很不错的帖子，或者有篇文章你看了很有哲理的文章来给大家看，任何东西（鉴于QQ邮箱能支持较大的附件）。请大家重视群邮件分享功能。就把他当做是发帖就好。这么做是为了方便记录同时保证人人都能看见。如果不是很重要的直接群聊即可。
小组运作模式：
1、
值班组长的职责：每次由两个人共同担任值班组长，共同商讨作文的布置，此外，一个负责发表作业群邮件以及帖子；另一个负责记录作业以及批改情况，记录在一份文档中，用群邮件传给下任组长，值班组长任期为一个星期。至于提纲如何布置另外说。
2、
作文：写好后在寄托论坛中发帖，并把帖子链接发到对应的作文群邮件中，方便其他组员修改。
任务作业安排（严格要求）(试用):
第一阶段：为期30天

时间	周一	周二	周三	周四	周五	周六	周日
作文	I1写作	I1互改	A写作	A互改	I2写作	I2互改	小组自由讨论和布置作业（晚10点之前）
提纲	每天至少2I,1A。写好后发到对应的提纲邮件里面，第二天由值班组长发到论坛上

注：以上为强制型作业，务必按时并且规范。此外，做了额外作业的也完全可以发到群邮件里面和大家讨论。
第二阶段：待定
作业选择:
作文题目的顺序Issue按照教育类、政治类、科技类、传媒类/艺术类/学习类、社会类、历史类、文化类、行为类的顺序，每次一类，轮换选择每类中的高频题目；Argument按照机经频率统计结果来选择。（值班组长请看群邮件的机经）
作业提交
当天的任务只要第二天清晨交就好；当天的任务由值班组长第二天在寄托论坛发表，并由Shamanqz同学在大贴添加链接
提交之前要求：

请，先并且时刻修缮基本语法。文法的不通顺比意思的浅显更让人觉得胸闷；

请，尽量选择同一难度和表意范围内的词语。文学性的词在论述文频繁的出现有时会很怪。并且，越是文艺，微妙的差异就越多，用错几率越大；

请，不要试图用一句很长的套句说完所有的意思。句子越长，成分越复杂，错误也就越多，误读也越多，指代模糊，单复数混淆，从句两头时态不符，都是长句的后果；

请，尽量不要用过多的BE动词，“BE”在英文里仅仅表达一种状态，I am here. You are there.都是状态，是没有什么感情色彩的。不如直接用实意动词来的更有色彩和力度；

请，不要轻易的动用废话和套话。宁字数不到，也别滥竽充数。积极的效果没有，还让人觉得态度投机；

请，不要事先假定读者会心领神会你的每一句潜台词。交待完整，限定清晰；

请，保持阅读（我指的是规范的英文作品）的习惯。这是写作的永恒真理。虽然说三人必有我师，但写作毕竟是比较个人化的事，同为习者，还仍然缺乏对作品的判断优劣的能力，也许对方的优点并不一定能教会你，可缺点常常让你对自己的错误更加包容；

请，时刻警醒你的逻辑。哪怕每一种论述方式都是先观点后说明，先论述谁后论述谁，重点论谁简要论谁，甚至是段落的摆放，都最好先想明白这样做是为什么？因为如果平时练习就没有培养这种习惯，在考场上就更没有多余的时间来训练你的逻辑。不要指望读者会自动为你找出逻辑

作文修改
1、
小组共12人，每写一篇文章要帮其他两个人修改作文，另外两个人的编号是n+i，期中n为你的序号，i是位移数量（每篇文章为位移的具体可能不同）；小组内每个人修改其他两位同学的文章，这样，每个人的文章由两个人修改。
2、
组合方法：每周末由组长群邮件通知（如何修改作文，请看：https://bbs.gter.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=670640&extra=page%3D1%26amp;filter%3Ddigest）
其他规则:
1、小组任务无法完成者，如无情况说明，请主动退群
2、
值班组长工作不能完成者，请主动退群（请大家一定要清楚值班组长的具体工作）
3、
小组任务敷衍着，不按照要求格式者，经常不见踪影者，经组长副组长调查讨论后，考虑退群
4、
为了不影响小组正常运作，请假者请务必发群邮件通知全组人员。
