下面三道题是要求跟帖写提纲的，希望大家积极跟帖，大家加油加油哈！！！

ISSUE：
3. “A nationshould require all its students to study the same curriculum until they entercollage rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determinewhich academic courses to offer.”

Arguments：
13. The followingappeared in a memo from the chief executive of a video game company.

"We have recently been offered the opportunity to buy the rights toproduce a video game based on the soon-to-be-published children's book"Squirrel Power," by Peter Wood. While the cost of the rights issubstantial and will place economic constraints on our company in theshort-term, there are two reasons that the purchase of these rights willundoubtedly be a wise investment. First, Wood's last three books have been bestsellers and the movie based on his first book was highly profitable. Second,the popular characters and story line in "Squirrel Power" will saveus time in developing our video game, thereby reducing our costs."

34. Milk and dairy productsare rich in vitamin D and calcium, substances essential for building andmaintaining bones. Many people therefore believe that a diet rich in dairyproducts can help prevent osteoporosis, a disease in which the bones weakensignificantly with age and that is linked to both environmental and geneticfactors. But a long-term study of a large number of people has found that thosewho have consistently consumed dairy products throughout the years of the studyhave a higher rate of bone fractures than any other participants in the study.Since bone fractures are a symptom of osteoporosis, this study result showsthat a diet rich in dairy products may actually increase, rather than decrease,the risk of osteoporosis.

Issue3 Outlines:
A. Consider the author's assertion that a country must ask the whole students, before entering college, to receive the same curriculum, not to allow the local to decide its academic courses. Of course, the claim that the whole students receive the same curriculum has its meaning in some parts. Firstly, it is convenient to compare the fruits of educating in different zones. Secondly, the nationwide policies is relatively easy and rapid to take effect. Thirdly, it has its advantages to reach the same target.
B. However, receiving the same curriculum in the whole nation, has its biggest shortage of ignoring the local differences. Considering different peoples, distinct status and targets of development, and kinds of other restrictions, the government in a nation, especially like Russia, Canada, China and America, should not require all its students to study the same curriculum ,but permit the local to determine its courses to offer.

A13 outlines:
The chief executive believes that it is a good investment to buy the rights of producing a video game based on Peter Wood's book "squirrel Power".
Reasons:First,the three previous books written by Wood and a movie based his maiden book  yields big profits.Second,by the popular characters and story line,the company can cut off some cost.
First,although Wood's last three books brought great profits,we can not predict that his book "Squirrel Power" will also be loved by the readers.Maybe,the readers are tired of his writing styles;the book is suited to some minimum community,like only children.However,the chief neglects these vital informention,which makes his reasoning is biased.
Second,the chief says the company can reduce cost ,but he does not figure out how much,maybe very little.If they put too much  into it and can not predict the profits,the investment is abviously an unwise disicion.
A34 Outlines:
A. In the argument, the author conclude the result that consuming lots of dairy products may have negative effect on preventing osteoporosis based on a long-term study. From the statement, we know little about the exact study. Without the explanation of the study, it is incredible to receive the conclusion.
B. To begin with, the author does not reveal any detail about the study, including  the sample size and observed people's physic conditions. We know the sample size is a important fact for a study, which is represented by a large number in the argument. As the former statement, osteoporosis, a disease in which the bones weaken
significantly with age. So,the fact age may play a vital role in the study,which the author should explain.
C. Secondly, with hypothesis that the study works well, there are other questions about the reasoning. Obviously, the study shows a diet rich in dairy products increase the risk of bone fractures, as a symptom of osteoporosis. Therefore, the author says a diet abandunt in dairy products could result in osteoporosis. Undoubtedly, bone fracture is different from osteoporosis. The author's reasoning commits the fallacy of faulty analogy.
D.In sum, the author should describe the study in detail and give more credible reasoning, Or he/she does not convince us the result.

1.全国性课程的好处，相同的内容，起跑线相同，减少地区间的差异，利于大学入学考试
2.全国性的课程难以实施
a.不同地区的文化差异
b.不同地区的软硬件差异
c.不同地区的人文认知差异
2.地方性授课的好处：根据地方的特色与资源区教学，提高效率。
3.让步。选择性的统一部分关键课程

逻辑错误：
1.wood's last three books have been bestsellers do not mean the new one is also popular
2.the movie based on the first book are highly profitable, yet, game and movie are totally different forms of art, even with the same source, there is no evident proving to produce the game is a lucrative way.what's more , contents of movie is not original,modified and shorten by director and maybe the stories are more attractive in the movie and books,nor in the game.
3.popular characters and rational storyline isn't help to save money when making the game,the main characters and scenario should be considered carefully when put them in the game which is different from book and game.
4.in addition, usually a game based on a book need some original elements which turn a story into something we can interact with. it's expensive.

第二个argument
1.实验组和对照组的信息不足，环境体格等等，不能证明使用奶产品增加骨折
2.骨折是骨质疏松的表现之一，但不能反过来证明参与者得了骨质疏松
3.奶制品不同产品不同的品质，这个也需要统一，劣质的奶制品可能导致反作用
4.参入者单纯的认为奶制品可以防止骨质疏松，很可能have nothing to do with ，所以结论的的推出不科学

结论：购买生产权是明智的投资
逻辑错误：1 前三本书畅销，不一定这一本也能畅销，二者之间没有必然联系
      2 没有证据说明角色和情节会减少时间节约成本，可能反而会增加时间
      3 之所以改编电影获利较大可能因为本身故事的情节较适合改编电影，不适合改编游戏，因此改变成游戏可能没有很大的获利空间
      4 别的公司获利，不代表我们的公司也获利，可能不同的公司在经营方式理念上等的不同会导致获利不同

结论：milk会导致骨质疏松
逻辑错误：1．大量人群长期研究，无数据，不能说明问题
2 样本是否有代表性，可能都是老人，运动员，本来就容易骨折，不能推广到所有人。
3．骨折不等于就患上骨质疏松。可能是其他疾病，或者运动的结果。
4．即使患上骨质疏松，也未必是奶制品的作用。可能是其他饮食习惯，环境造成，基因原因。

1W的前三本书卖得好不能说明这本书也卖得好，电影也是一样
2就算书和电影都卖得好，这个公司要开发的是游戏，游戏和书电影完全不同，游戏玩家和读者观众需求不同
3即便游戏也卖得好，它也未必盈利，因为作者自己说了他们的成本很高

1 研究本身的问题，人数够多么，有代表性么，等
2 即使被试有代表性，研究过程中是否排除了干扰因素？
3 即便研究有效，但是它也只能说明奶制品喝得多会导致骨折增加，推测不出来O这个发病率增加，骨折可以有多种原因导致，就像流血是血友病的症状，那难道能说流血就是得了血友病吗？

该系列图书前几本的畅销与即将出版的这本书是否受欢迎无必然联系。第一部电影的盈利也并不等于这部电影会获得高收益
电影和书畅销，其对应的游戏未必畅销
由于这本书的受欢迎程度是个未知数，所以作者的第二个论断也未必成立，而且游戏的文本阶段创作成本仅占整个制作成本的一小部分，而且书中的情节是否适合于游戏开发也是个疑问

没有给出被调查人群的具体信息。人的年龄，先天基因，所处环境也对是否骨折有着重要影响
骨折只是骨质疏松的表现之一，并不能由某个人骨折推出这个人一定患有骨质疏松。
即使患有骨质疏松症，也不一定是单单因为奶制品摄入少，还有其他因素，如年龄，基因等

issue 3
1、无论是提供一样的课程还是根据地方的不同选择课程他们的目的都是为了更好的教育孩子
2、根据地方的不同选择不同课程能够让学生更多的了解当地的文化，提高社会的多样性。但是实施起来比较困难，我们要花很多时间思考什么内容该让学生学习，什么可以忽略。另外学习的内容不同对今后大学录取也造成麻烦，内有一个统一的标准来衡量学生的水平。
3、统一课程有利于管理者对孩子思想，人生观，价值观的进行统一控制，而且对大学录取很带来很多方便，但是也存在许多问题。以中国教育为例，统一教材很死板，学生不能根据自己的兴趣和当地实际情况学习一些更有用的东西。学子的目的也很容易由培养能力变成应付考试。

1、前两本书畅销不能说明这一本书也会畅销，影响畅销与否的有很多因素，作者，题材等
2、基于第一本书的电影获利得不能推出基于他第三本书的游戏也会成功。这是两个完全不同的行业，消费者的年龄段，消费水平都不相同，没有可比性
3、大家喜欢书中的角色，不一定也会喜欢游戏制作出来的角色。为了不让大家失望，制作者往往需要花更多的时间来设计游戏角色，所以不能说会节约时间，减少花费。

1、调查没有提到吃奶制品的人和没吃奶制品的人的年龄层次，基础健康状况，而恰好这些因素会严重影响实验结果。
2、骨折并不能很好地反映骨质疏松的状况，因为造成骨骼的因素有很多，比如说是否经常参加剧烈的运动。一个篮球运动员甚至比一个天天呆在家的老年人骨折机会大，而显然不能说青年运动员骨质疏松比老年严重。
3、没有提到吃什么，也需要一些种类奶制品对预防骨疏松没作用，甚至有害，但不能由此说所有奶制品都会加剧骨质疏松。

1.这本书是否也会很畅销。文中只提到前三本书的的情况，没有说明这本书也欢迎
2. 即使书和电影买的好，也不能表明游戏一定卖得好。没有告诉这本书的具体故事，也许并不适合制作成游戏，不一定受到玩家的欢迎。同时玩游戏的人比看的电影少，而且游戏需要投资比电影多，可能需要升级电脑。况且玩家关心的很多方面未被指出，游戏是否足够好。因此销量未必高。
3.游戏开发成本低，虽然人物和故事已经有了，游戏设计在文本阶段的时间缩短了，但并不一定制作的成本就会减小，也未必能降低成本。其它因素，例如场面过大，任务很多，情节太长，反而增加了开发时间。
4.即使节约了构思的时间，其他方面的开销也会很大，成本未必能接受。而且情节雷同未必有好处。
5.文中提到版权耗资巨大，公司会因此而紧张。但是文中并没有提供版权的花费的数额，公司因此可能出现的赤字数目，即使游戏可能的赢利，也无法证明对公司的发展有利。

1.骨折的原因未指明。不是所有骨折的人都患有骨质疏松，有可能不是这种病，没有提供证据证明骨折就意味着患病。其他原因导致：这部分人参加危险工作，高强度运动等，而其他人工作环境很安全。
2.没有说明这份研究是怎样进行的，研究对象有哪些，他们的性别、年龄、职业、身体情况如何。有可能喝牛奶的人都是老人，不喝牛奶的都是青壮年，或者骨折人经常打球，或是常有剧烈的冲撞等。因此这都不能证明骨折与吃奶制品有关。
3. 论者同时忽略了环境问题、遗传问题等对患病的影响。

（1）全国统一教材的话，就有一个统一的学习标准，而且有利于整个教学的科学规划和安排，有利于对学生的成绩进行评估，有利于统一的管理。
（2）但是完全统一教材的话也会存在很多问题。比如说要根据什么标准来统一教材？不同地区的教育水平不同，教育发展程度也不一样，而且各地方如果有自己的特色课程，但因为统一教材而放弃特色课程或许是得不偿失，对一个地区的发展也是不好的。
（3）在几门主干课程，如语文，数学和英语上或许用统一课程是个好的选择，但在其他方面，各地区可以根据本地区的不同情况自由选择所授课程。

ARGUMENT 13
1. Squirrel Power不一定能够成为畅销书仅仅因为这个作者前几次的书取得巨大的成功。
2. WOOD的第一本书拍成的电影成功不代表改编成的VIDEO GAME也一定会有收益。
3. 作者没有证明书中的角色和情节受欢迎，更何况是GAME里面的。
4. 除了时间以外，作者没有提供任何关于制作花费的信息。

ARGUMENT 34
1. 尽管骨折是骨质疏松症的一种症状，但是并不代表骨折就是骨质疏松症。
2. 作者没有提供任何有关被调查者的详细信息。这样的话其代表性值得怀疑。
3. 上述提到的人骨折也有可能是因为其他原因。比如年龄啊。自己的身体状况啊或生活习惯等等。
