Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teacher’s salaries

When it comes to education, teachers make mostly sense to the quality of education. Some people suggest that increasing teacher's salaries is the best way to enhance the quality of education. In fact, I personally do not agree with that. I think that it is a feasible way for school to increase teacher's salaries for the improvement of education quality, but it is actually not the best method.

To begin with, the benefit of increase teacher's salaries outweighs the disadvantage of this method. Improving teachers’ salaries results in development of their ambition. Many teachers will pay more attention on their class to make their students become top in school so that they can compete with other teachers’ achievement in school. Hence, this kind of positive aggressive behavior caused the enhancement of the education quality. However, when the positive aggressive behavior becomes negative, the disadvantage of this method will come out. For example, one of my teachers in high school always forced our class to stay at school until all of us submit the assignment to her. She wanted us make progress as soon as possible so that she could got the prize from school. However, most students in my class against her behavior which make us feel uncomfortable at class. So when the final exam came, the average score of my class were very low. Obviously, raising teachers’ salaries is not the best way.

However, strengthen the communication between the students and teacher is a long-term development of education quality. During the conversation whether on class or after class, teacher could know better about his students and the deficiency of his teaching. In my middle school, we typically held meetings about the improvement of the teacher's education each semester. Some students would be chosen at random to attend the meeting which sitting beside teachers and discuss the topic of teaching. After the meeting, teachers would attempt to correct their teaching methods with students' suggestions. For school, this kind of communication is not only a good method for students to close the distance with their teachers, but also a long-term improvement for education.

As all above we discussed, to stimulate teacher by increasing their salaries is not effective for school to improve education quality since competition produce disadvantage of this method. However, other ways could also be preferred like focus on students who directly experience the education.

Some people say we should never be impolite to another person. Do you agree or disagree?

When we are young,we are told that we should always respect and be not rude to other people.However, I personally do not agree with that. I think, in some cases, we shouldbe impolite to the people who are not deserved respected.

As an individual,when some person does the thing that hurts us, we could be impolite to him. Inmy country, there is a saying that 'If other people respect you, you should dorespect him, too. However, if other people hurts you, you should impolite tohim in return'. To be impolite to the person who does not respect you is alittle trick that giving him a lesson and make him remember it. When I wasyoung in middle school, my desk mate always found the ways to disturb me, liketugging my pony tail, concealing my pencil box. One day that I can not bear himanymore, I beat him as a 'gift' sent to him. After that, my desk mate did neverdare to bother me anymore.

As a nation, whensome person does the thing which has a bad effect on our country, we could beimpolite to him. There is a piece of hot news this year that a Philippinekilled some people whom travel from Hong Kong and Philippine government did notgive a reasonable response to China. This violent behavior pissed Chinesepeople and Chinese government off a lot. Many people in China posted their angryand impolite messages at online social networking like Twitter and Weibo torelease their fire. It is a good way and also an effective approach for peopleto express themselves for the national interests

As all above wediscussed, never being impolite to others is not always an appropriate methodfor a treatment. For the sake of our individual and nation, we could hold ourright to be impolite to the people who are not deserved our respect.
