Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People who cannot accept criticism will not succeed in a team.100213NA 1月1日

In daily work, people can meet all kinds of situations and they cannot make no mistake at all, so they may face the criticism come from others, maybe supervisors or colleagues. I agree with the idea if one can’t accept criticism or such remarks, he or she can’t succeed in a team. So everyone should listen carefully to others criticisms.

To begin with, in a team, everyone should depend on each other to coordinate himself to keep up with others. If one goes on the wrong track, he can have a bad impact on the efficiency of the whole team. So a good team should consist of all kinds of person to constitute a united one team. Everyone has his own advantages and disadvantages. If necessary, an individual can give proper critics. In this point, if a member can’t accept the others’ criticism, he may actually miss the opportunities to getting helps from others. Achieving success is a process, we should get responses and adjust ourselves, then we can strengthen ourselves and get what we want.

What’s more. Without carefully listening to others’ criticism, one cannot realize how serious and how big his mistakes can be, he cannot correct them in the right direction even though he knows that he has mistakes. Sometimes I have mistakes, but don’t know how it can affect others and lower the image of me in others’ mind. Until someday a friend of me tell me about this problem of me. I become realizing it and determined to make up in this question. Not matter a supervisor or peers, they both can give practical suggestions to instruct us, to show their care about us, if we don’t accept these remarks or distort the intension of others, we can get ourselves isolated from others and can’t get truth heart from others.

Third, a man who can’t accept others’ criticism may give others a impression of being difficult to approach and talk to. In general, we may have two kinds of people in out mind, one is positive and can accept others’ suggestions or even criticizes. We will be happy to contact them. The other kind is one with extremely self-respect image and others even can’t give some advices, to these people, we may feel tricky to contact. This kind of image actually hinders their pathway of success. They will have much more trouble dealing with people and can’t get real trust.

In conclusion, a man with an open-mind can accept others’ criticism and get real respect for them. He will make himself popular by listening to others carefully. He will get success easily because constantly taking other’s advices. That’s why I agree with People who cannot accept criticism will not succeed especially in a team .!
