In term of the population, adults and elders surly outweigh younger. Some people, based on this fact, contend that far-reaching decisions are mainly made by those middle or old-ageleaders. However, in my perspective, as the truth that young generations representsociety's future, they are already involved in those vital decisions thoughthey are not making them directly.
From the position of education, it is not hard to tell how important status ofstudents is[J1] . As the executive roles, teenagers essentially influence thedesign of education forms. It seems like school's headmaster controllingeverything, while forced-patterns are hardly working out as those teachers who holds[J2] stereotype of educations expected. What really happen inclassrooms are mutual communications, not imparting knowledge based onteacher-center methodology. Therefore, students are, in fact, the true mainrole in the teaching process; their preference, their attitude, their studyinghabits are worth considering when schools are making plans of the semestercourses tables. Take literature courses as an example, if the teacher onlyexclusively focuses on his favorite literal works and confidently believe thatstudent can feel pleased and receive. It could only be a failed course. Studentsneed to be respected and asked about their opinions, and teachers are obligedto find a balance solution between him and the class. That's call[J3] effective changes. Because once this teacher learns to adoptstudent's advice, he might improve his teaching methods, or add somefascinating literature to his syllabus, students will get the messages that“this course suits my need" and they will send back the information that"We will work hard on it."
Apart from the educational fields, the young generation are also affectingeconomic trend in today’sage[J4] . Granted, they are not the wealthiest part in the overall populations. But, one thingcannot be overlooked that they are most potential customers and most suitablepart to cultivate the loyalty to certain brand.[J5] Take[J6] IKEA as an example. It is an international interior decorationcompany which set up in Sweden, and its target are mainly about mid-agefamilies. But recently, they also move their advertisements to campus, promoting the brand culture. Apparently, students cannot immediately buy thefurniture in IKEA since they still live in dormitory. While the purpose of IKEAis not increasing their profits by those students, rather, their goal is makethose potential customers familiar with this brand and fancy about IKEAculture. What this company is doing is cultivate customers which will be activein ten years later. That's exactly most company are doing when they changetheir market plan and make their advertisement attractive to younger, since, soon or later, those kids are going to the influential role in economy.
Based on the analysis, we can safely draw a conclusion that young generationare already regarded as an indispensible part when there are far-reachingdecision should be made.
[J1]are
[J2]hold
[J3]called
[J4]这样写感觉不太好,换个其他词吧。
[J5]这一句我认为如果你的Granted已经有了无需再加but,去掉but中间改成,就可以了。
[J6]taking
