CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening

CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. CEIBS has ranked #1 in Asia in the Financial Times global ranking of MBA programmes for eight consecutive years and has ranked #2 in the world on its global ranking of EMBA programmes for four consecutive years.

Currently, there are 84 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2023, a total of nearly 673 cases have been developed and 689 papers have been published, including 163 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 58 articles in A* Publications.

Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

工作职责：

工作岗位为中欧国际工商学院企业与资本市场研究中心研究员，工作职责主要包括，但不限于：

1.  协同研究中心教授开展研究工作，包括文献整理、数据分析、报告撰写等

2.  协助研究中心教授进行企业实践调研、开发教学案例

3.  协助研究中心主任与外部企业、机构的交流与合作工作。

岗位要求：

1.  金融学、会计学、经济学等学科硕士及以上学历（特别优秀的本科学历申请人亦可考虑）

2.  具备工商管理或资本市场研究、行业研究、财经记者、咨询行业、智库等相关领域工作经验优先

3.  对管理实践和资本市场问题有强烈的敏感度、深刻的洞察力和研究热情

4.  能熟练使用数据分析工具，具备优秀的分析能力

5.  具有较强的中、英文书面写作及口头表达能力

6.  具有优秀的人际交流和沟通能力以及同时处理多项任务的能力
