I do not agree with the speaker's opinion that a global university is built up by all nations to deal with the world's most persistent social problems. Such a global university can do little benefit to the problems, moreover, to build up such a university itself is a problem indeed.

What are the world's most persistent social problems? Environment pollution, the warming of global temperature, race confliction, the odds of wealth, terrorism, and the like are all this kind of problem. All those problems are troubling the nations all around the world, and those problems have different reasons respectively. Environment problems result from the overexploitation of resources and neglecting of environment protection. Race conflictions result from the different belief or the scramble of profits. All the problems are very serious and need to be resolved as soon as possible. A common ground of those problems is that they all need the collaboration of nations, so is it feasible to build up a global university and let the students engage in the solving process of the problems as the speaker suggests? The answer is certainly not.

On the one hand, a global university has many advantages, but it is nearly useless for the solving of the problems. We admit that a global university can promote the communication of students from different countries, and let them learn each other. However, the primary purpose of students is to study advanced knowledge. As a student, it is fairly hard to have deep cognition about those persistent social problems. Moreover, the problems come down to many realms and need the governments' collaboration, which is also difficult to accomplish by a students.

On the other hand, to build up a global university and make it operate normally is very difficult. The first trouble is how to manage it. Since the nation power of different nations varies greatly, then it is totally possible that such a global university is mainly controlled by several developed countries, which is completely useless for those problems. Firstly, the emphasis of different countries is dissimilar, then to solve which problem first will bring drastic disputations. For example, terrorism maybe the top problem need to be solved for America; whereas, for Israel and Pakistan, what should to deal with first maybe the race confliction problem. Secondly, because the language and custom differences, how to arrange the teaching activities will cause great efforts.

To sum up, to solve those social problems, we cannot depend on a global university; on contrary, the governments should increase cooperation and mobilize the related departments to make progress.

恩.AMY好勤快的说,赞个^^
刚开始限时的时候字写的比较少  练习多了就好了会在同样的时间越写越多
对在哪些地方停下来思考,哪些地方不能停  有更好的感觉和控制

总之,无论句子有多么惨不忍睹,手都不要停  这样才能越写越快,越写越多
ISSUE往往要展开才能谈它写的好不好
最后就上升到鬼子说的那个境界：３５分钟写作文，１０分钟修改
听上去很艰难　呵呵

句式要用自己最熟悉的那种　　转折，顺承，开头，结尾．．．．用什么样的句子要快速反应过来，换的只是词汇．这应该是所谓的摸版吧．形式的地方节约时间，力气就可以花到说理和举例子上了
