TOPIC：ISSUE 130 - "How children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. Unfortunately, we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society."

Children stand for the future of our society and thus they should receive high quality education to be better prepared for their careers and further development. But there are different kinds of problems entangling in the current education systems, people should do more to convert the situation to a right way for both society and students.

First of all, the problems of teenage education are caused by a lot of intricate reasons and factors, in which two most important ones are that schools have few experiences and some students' grow-up circumstances are not very satisfying. It's easy to understand why school teachers and directors are not good at teaching contemporary students: most of school teachers advocate the education principles about several decades ago, but the current school students have been influenced by the pop stars, sexual scandals and government official corruptions. They seem to be disappointed with our society and lose interest to raise them and fight for their fates, but the school teachers and tutors are not prepared well for the challenge. Moreover, the divorce rate in modern society keeps ascending, and a large proportion of children living with single parent, which brings large amounts of negative effects upon teenagers and young children. So not only should our education experts do their best to improve the situation, but also the whole general public need to pay more attention to our teenage education.

Secondly, children need to be better socialized than before, and what's more crucial, they should learn to affect and change the society with their own power, thus the society will keep going up and advancing. Education experts and teachers need to train the abilities of students to get alone with and follow the rules of our society, it is essential for students because this is the first step for their socialization. However, students themselves should not be satisfied with just knowing what they need to do, they must be taught to achieve higher goals and reach the peak of success. When they finally step into society, students will realize that they need to set a target for their career development, if not they would probably fall behind with other people. In the military, if one soldier doesn't wish to be a general in the future, he definitely won't be regard as a good and satisfying soldier, so it is in education for children. Students should learn to plan for their career and be more aggressive, which also are symbols of socialization.

Finally, people should try their best to teach students to be versatile in different fields, but not adhering to certain domain or just one pattern. Every student has unique growing up experiences, different family and parents, and distinct personality, the education system needs to provide personal treatment for their development and socialization process. Even in the nature, ecological diversity exists almost everywhere, the human society should also call for the personality and ability diversity in children. Some students like to deal with relationship and they want to be political leaders, manager and lawyers, some other students choose to spend time in the laboratories, and they prefer to be scientists and engineers in colleges or research centers of large corporations. Teachers and parents cannot impose their ideas and thoughts on children, people should be more open-mind to the choices made by students.

In conclusion, a lot of problems make our education system embarrassed when facing the expectation from public, education experts and school teachers should do more to improve the education quality, and students will benefit more and speed up their socialization.
