Nowadays, there is a growing public concern over this issue that whether the socialization of the children determines the destiny of society. The speaker contends so. Besides, the speaker points out that the education of children has not learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society. As I see, the socialization of children do make effect on the future, no matter individuals or society. In fact, the current education puts more emphasis on intelligence, while in some degree ignores the socialization of children. However, whether how children are socialized today will determine the destiny of society remains to be doubted.（对孩子的社会化将会决定社会将来的发展持怀疑态度）
Admittedly, how children are socialized today has something to do with the future, no matter for the individuals or the whole society. For this matter, two arguments involve in this matter.
First, a healthy socialization with others—parents, friends and teachers will lead children to form a good identity while the others may lead to some bad effects. To support this point, I would like to list three kinds of children: first, （first前面有了，可以换一个词语first of all）if a child in depression would like to share his or her mind with his parents or friends, he will seek some mental solace from them, which will contribute to form a optimistic character. Second, if a child is quite lonely and does not likely (like) to talk to anyone, undoubtedly, it will add to his trouble and moreover, chances are that he may brought up to an indrawn adult which will not benefit in his career in future. Third, if a child learns to bully others from his contemporaries, he may grow up to an anti-society adult.（社会化对小孩很重要）
Second, from the perspective of society, children are representative of the future of the whole society. Moreover, during the time for them to grow up, children are more likely to make effect on each other and it is the most important time for them to form the identity. If the current education today put more emphasis on healthy socialization, obviously, in some degree, the children with better characters will make more contribution to the society in future. Thus, whether the society in future can be led to an orbit of right direction, the children current play an important part.（今天对孩子的社会化教育将会影响将来社会的前途）     However, in the modern time, education puts more emphasis on the intellectual development of children. Seldom it plays a role in leading students to a healthy socialization. As we all know, in school, children are more likely to affect each other, no matter from behaviors or opinions for they almost spend a whole day with each other, even longer than with their parents. However, schools pay more attention to the intellectual development of children. They are more concerned about the scores that students get and they will likely to praise a child on his good appearance on studying in spite of that the student may play a bad role in socialization. For example, he may not communicate with his schoolfellows.（学校过份注重智力教育，忽视了社会化教育）
     Then let us go back to the topic: Does the socialization of children today determine the destiny of society. The speaker contends so. However, in my opinion, it is not the only precondition for a good citizen and effective leader, as well as tolerant and respectful members of society. Other factors can play a pivotal role in this process. For example, some great individuals who have gained achievement in some territories such as Beethoven, his deafness undoubtedly put debacles in his communication with others. However, Beethoven's contributions sprang primarily from his inherent love of music and his persistence in pursuing his dream.（孩子的社会化不是唯一决定社会命运的因素）

感觉贝多芬的例子好像没什么说服力吧，只能说没有社会化也能有所成就啊，和主题关系不大吧。
    In sum, although the socialization of children will make affects on the future, it is not the only precondition for this matter. However, schools should pay more attentions to the socialization of children.
