TOPIC: ISSUE29 - "Public figures such as actors, politicians, and athletes should expect people to be interested in their private lives. When they seek a public role, they should expect that they will lose at least some of their privacy."

I agree with the statement that public figures should expect to lose at least some of their privacy insofar as they are not threatened[这个词恰当嘛？我觉得表示被困绕什么的意思好一点，虽然后面有这样的一点。但是这只是一小方面吧？] a lot from the privacy lost, because they are also human beings who enjoyed the basic rights as others.

I concede that public figures should expect people to be interested in their private lives, because they are almost successful people. Ordinary people usually want to learn from the experiences of successful individuals, for they also want to achieve success in the future. Considering that they can learn a lot from the characteristics and attitudes from the stories, anecdotes, and biographies of public figures, books related to that are usually very popular, such as My Life of the former president, Bill Clinton, and the biography of Franklin.  Sometimes, people are interested in the private life of public figures, since they learned from that the public figures are almost the same human beings as others. The scandals of some public figures, such as the extramarital affairs of some famous basketball players, let them know that even the stars in their fields can also committed some mistakes. Thus, public figures should pay much attention to their private life,[到这里没有和小论点接起来，另成了一个观点] for it can influence the public.

Moreover, the propaganda effect of the public figures is so great that they can take the advantage of it to influence people to follow them and do some good things[我认为可以换个方式和题目切合，扣紧公众人物这个主导群体可以利用这些隐私]. For instance, the famous actress Angelina Julie, not only well-known for her movies and love affairs with Pitt, but also as a kind mother of many adopted children from several poor countries. After knowing her concerning about the poor children in underdeveloped countries, many people follow her and donate money to those countries. Therefore, since people are interested in their private life, the public figures can make a best use of it, instead of fearing it.However, even if the public figures should sacrifice some of their privacy, they also have some basic rights which should be respected. Most of the public figures are successful individuals in their fields, so they have a lot of money and are envied by others. If they lose all the privacy, they will be in great danger, since some bad guys will threaten them. The son of a famous Chinese actress have ever being kidnapped,  for the reason that she is so famous and wealthy, the bad one wanted to make money from the kidnapping. Though the son was saved at last, this thing worried the actress very much, and she even loses the basic rights of security. I also heard that the famous football player Beckham buy a house with high-tech security system to protect his family.

Thus, although the public figures should expect to lose some of their privacy, they should at least enjoy some basic rights as others.  In conclusion, although the public figures should expect to lose some of their privacy, their basic rights should also be respected. Besides, they can make a best use of the sacrifice of their privacy by asking people to follow them.
