你同不同意電視主要的目的是教育，而非娛樂

It has long been a controversial issue that whether the main intention of the television is to education. Different people hold different opinion. Some, with the first impression, assert that the television plays an important role in the education. From my point of view, I can hardly agree with this statement after deep consideration. I will explain my opinion based on the following reasons.

First of all, the original purpose of the television is to inform public some current events from the world and policies of the country. Till today, informing is still a chef function, while a variety of other functions grow to seep. In other words, the television is a government more than other organization. The News Broadcast in a good example involving it. We could find nearly every country has a similar program to transmit some positive information to the government or some international events. Besides, these programs basically possess the golden time of every day and will rebroadcast more than once.

In the next place, the programs nowadays in the television are more prone to the entertainment. It is quite comprehensible. With the development of society and enhancement of live standard, people are more willing to watch some interesting entertainment rather than tedious education programs. So you will find almost in every period of time you turn on the television, you always could search some entertainment showing even in the midnight. Reversely, you will have difficulty in searching an educational program in some certain period of time.

Of course, I do not totally deny the contribution of television in the education. Admittedly, it, to some extent, is beneficial to the education. But the effect is quite limited compared with other chef functions.

Taking all reasons into consideration, we can see the main purpose of nowadays television is not the education. Because other functions also be integrated into the television and hold a majority part of the television programs

985本科建筑学港新欧澳选校选择

985，四分制GPA3.56，雅思7.5/5.5，建筑学专业，确定不去英国和美国，尽量读两年硕，能留就留，留不了进外企事务所，对转行比较中立不排斥，不反对（夸张点说就是：不是学建筑就要死要活的，也不是不学建筑就要死要活的）想问下选哪个学校比较好呀（港大建筑学因为作品集要求问题不考虑，欧洲接受学第二外语，但是德语区要APS不太考虑）

欧洲生物统计比较

本人计划2025spring去欧洲读生物统计硕士，目前在准备这两个项目的申请：莱顿大学的Statistics & Data Science，瑞士的苏黎世大学Biostatistics。计划以后在欧洲的药企做统计师，如果硕士找不到工作，可以考虑继续读生物统计的博士。有移民打算。苏黎世的项目一年半，可以选一个30学分的辅修，学费很便宜，一年才几百法郎，但生活费比较贵，而且难留下来。莱顿的项目两年，学费比较贵，一年要21000欧左右，但比瑞士好润。

想知道在想留在当地的前提下哪个offer机会大一些，本科商科, 有些code和数据分析基础

如题，考虑费用问题，在这两个offer当中选。海外就业导向，希望毕业后3-5年内能留在欧洲工作。更喜欢自己以后能独立工作（不是指单干，指工作内容可以更多自己琢磨完成，不用怎么跟人拉通合作的），期望好就业，薪酬待遇高。看官网介绍感觉计量（LMEC2）出路更好，但是暂时没有读博打算，也有点担心学不来难毕业
