至少是centered吧。应该是heliocentric (root: helio=sun)
个人觉得日心说这个理论不太好，因为。。。这个参照系。。。
可以举个史实不容歪曲很方便啊

自由落体的例子不太好。。。理论是fact吗？this never means that we human change the fact, but we know better what the fact is。人类的认知是主观的，反映现实不是fact.
即使是，那么relative fact 该算是true fact 还是 false fact 还是自成一类？？？discern the false fact and the fact 与 tell the relative fact and the fact

law of free ball ？？。。。。

难道人们的认知不是一种事实吗？那我们现在所承认的事实不是我们所认知的东西吗？
认知是主观的。现在所承认的事实=事实？

Facts are stubborn things. They cannot be altered by our wishes。。。
可以考虑现在的事实在将来改变吧。。。我没写呢，想想而已。。。

好像两段对 fact的定义都不一样,
b1认为是认知,而第二段把认知的当作 relative的了
是不是考虑在前边讨论一下什么是真正的事实

我总觉你选的两个切入点不能够很好的打开文章的思路，这两点过去我也想过像写好就是写不好。所以是不是考虑用general点的方式来引领全文，以下是我小小的文章思路建议

1 科学发展道路上既是人类在为真理而不断地追寻的征程....

2 对于人文历史的学习中我们发现了对于事实的不同理解,这并不表明事实不是客观,而是人们的主观意识行为的结果.....

3 对于事实真理我们应该怎么做...

我觉得你的第一段写历史上的facts是通过历史学家的笔或者当时的作家的笔记录的，所以都是经过了作家的意志的了。所以都是相对的facts。

这么说吧。。。我国“现在”获奥运金牌22块吧？（具体数字可能不准）这个史实是确定的！但是。。。“将来”。。。这个数字会变吧。。。
改变嘛。。。考虑将来的改变啊

这道题好难啊,一看是没有思路.
我觉得这种打外围的思路很好,只不过楼主接下来的层次性差了些
可以先多写点概念上的区别.再分着从各个领域来说:例如,科学,商业,政治
个人愚见

"人",就要象人字一样,双脚塌地,永远向上
issue 90 3个小时在头儿的眼皮底下完成，心惊肉跳。

Facts are stubborn things. They cannot be altered by our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions.
------正文------
According to a philosophical standpoint (and I paraphrase), “matters existed in this world are objective while not subjective.” That is to say matters could not be changed due to chang 后用with humankinds' willingness, inclinations and so on. So are facts.

To better understand what facts are, we should first be able to discern the false fact and the fact –为什么要用两个the fact?直接用后面的the “true” fact会不会更直接一点？ the “true” fact. True facts mean what have happened and hence no one could change this status. But someone might distort it according to his or her wishes, inclinations and then feign some so-called “facts” – the false ones. One example might help me illustrate this point more clearly. For example, when proposed that sun-center solar system, Bruno threw the temporal geocentric theory into question which seriously challenged the authorities. To keep their regnant position, the Christian sentenced him to death as a heretic. Though some scientists realized what is true – the fact, yet the populace might be still considered the geocentricism as the true fact. Conspicuously, we today easily tell that heliocentricism is the true fact, but could we assert that several centuries ago, the Christian had changed the fact? Of course not. What they did is just to make up some false fact but not to change the fact.

Furthermore, we still should be able to tell the relative fact and the fact似乎有点表述不准确，或者在the fact之间加一个定语;还是不明白tell是鉴别的话后面是接from. That is to say, in a certain period, the relatively lower，对应后面的worse scientific and technological standard leads to the worse understanding of some natural phenomena and thereby we might take some wrong as fact – the relative fact. Obviously, with scientific and technological development, this fact is certain to be corrected: this好现有点指代的问题，要么换成which指代前面一句中说的事实， never means that we human change the fact, but we know better what the fact is. For example, in the primitive time, Aristotle proposed that balls fell proportional to their weights and the populace took this as a fact for approximately two thousand years until a man who climbed the Pisa Lean Tower, throwing several balls with all different weight to test it. Finally, some new fact – the famous law of free ball - came out. Then could we assert that Galileo had changed the fact? Of course not. As a matter of fact, he just approached closer to the fact, and the Aristotle’s theory was just a relative theory. In fact, just as a gifted scientist said (and I paraphrase), “not, after all, that there is any such thing as truth; at best we can approach to some relative approximation”, this is an indispensable process in our human history: from the relative one to the true.

All in all, the fact means the true, which can never be changed due to with other factors, otherwise, they are relative facts or false ones.
看下来感觉例子集中在一个方向，可能分散些会更好
B1:识别错误的事实和真正的事实——真正的是事实已经发生的、不以人的意志为转移的
B2:此外，我们要区分相对的事实和真正的事实:相对的事实——科技水平发展较低的时期导致对自然现象的错误理解；而真正的事实是科技进步后修正的。（这么说的话科技永远在进步，会不会就没有真正的事实了？比如说我们现在认为是真实的，有可能科技再进步后又被修正了？再回头看看题目：事实是顽固不变的，不会以人的意志、兴趣、热情为转移的。会不会有点偏了。待商榷。）
这题好象比较那难，我还没写
