你是用TA的工作经验当fsw进池条件还是EE加分？
至少两个月前fsw的工作经验还包括上学时候的经验的，只是没加分

当fsw进池条件

profile transmitted之后不到10秒就profile就直接决绝了，连多少points都没给，就给了个message 说profile ineligible，然后fsw requirements那里写“not met”

拒的原因很废话，就是说把可能拒的原因全部列出来，不过我只能是work experience不够才会进不了fsw

嗯这样的话留学生又少了一条移民路线了
原来fsw可以接受实习经验的时候很多人毕业马上就可以申

或者是这个条件不满足...
15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
OR
30 hours/week for 12 months at more than one job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

不知道part time是只算总时长还是怎么，其实你可以打CIC电话问问。毕竟两个月前有人用full time实习申到了，除非是刚刚改了

Work experience — requirements

(7) For the purposes of this section,

(a) a period of employment during which the foreign national was engaged in full-time study is not to be included in calculating a period of work experience;
(b) a period of self-employment or unauthorized work is not to be included in calculating a period of work experience;
(c) the foreign national must have had temporary resident status during their period of work experience and any period of full-time study or training; and
(d) the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience is 30 hours of work per week.
应该是毕业后的才算了。中间的实习应该都不算。

这部分说得都是EE的加分，而不是入pool的条件

这个问题曾经让CEC的审理一度混乱，为了消除这个困惑，移民法早就增加了这么一条：

IRPR 87.1 (3) For the purposes of subsection (2),
(a) any period of employment during which the foreign national was engaged in full-time study shall not be included in calculating a period of work experience;
(b) any period of self-employment or unauthorized work shall not be included in calculating a period of work experience; and
(c) the foreign national must have had temporary resident status during their period of work experience and any period of full-time study or training.

不管事coop还是兼职打工，只要你还没毕业，都不算老规定了

这是CEC，楼主走的是FSW，有本质区别。
EE的加分和CEC的申请条件都明确说了工作经验必须在毕业以后，FSW只要求paid

通过TA/RA，FSW入池还是可以的吧，周围有人就这么搞得，难道又改了？那就都等工作一年了

Full Time

Part time

15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.

If you cannot show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you are not eligible under this program.

我想问ta的话，应该算part－time的两年工作，这两年的ta请问必须是连续的吗？比如我中间一个学期没做ta难道就不算两年的part－time工作了？
