题目我可以说一下，但是分数就不报了。
ISSUE 140
Some people believe that universities should require every student to take a variety of courses outside the student's field of study.Others believe that universities should not force students to take courese other than those that will help prepare them for jobs in their chosen fields.
ARUGMENT 101
There is now evidence that the relaxed pace of life in small towns promotes better health and greater longevity than does the hectic pace of life in big cities.Businesses in the small town of Leeville report fewer days of sick leave taken by individual workers than do businesses in the nearby large city of Masonton.Furthermore,Leeville has only one physician for its one thousnd residents,but in Masonton the proportion of physicians to residents is five times as high.Finally,the average age of Leeville residents is significantly higher than that of Masonton residents.These findings suggest that people seeking longer and healthier lives should consider moving to small communities.

Issue 121: some people claim that you can tell whether a nation is great by looking at the achievements of its rulers, artists, or scientists. Others argue that the surest indicator of a great nation is, in fact, the general welfare of all its people.

Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should address both of the views presented.

很幸运，这篇文章之前跟着王老师练习过，并且也被王老师点评过，明白要对 great nation 先做定义，同时要注意 Welfare，不是well-being.所以考试的时候基本就按自己原来的思路写了下来，虽然有个例子的细节想不起来，临时想了别的办法。但整体还是比较顺畅的写完，并且还留了 3分钟检查。这是我第一次居然没有超时完成。不过到底能拿多少分，还是得看 ETS了。。。
我觉得在老师的指导下，每天一篇，坚持了两周，还是很有效果的。虽然抽到做过的题真的很幸运，但主要还是跟着老师的思路，把3+1的模式熟练于心。
另外，考前我也是专心学习王老师的范文和解题思路，并且把自己写过的文章又都理了一下。

Argument 65
When Stanley Park first opened, it was the largest, most heavily used public park in town. It is still the largest park, but it is no longer heavily used. Video cameras mounted in the park's parking lots last month revealed the park's drop in popularity: the recordings showed an average of only 50 cars per day. In contrast, tiny Carlton Park in the heart of the business district is visited by more than 150 people on a typical weekday. An obvious difference is that Carlton Park, unlike Stanley Park, provides ample seating. Thus, if Stanley Park is ever to be as popular with our citizens as Carlton Park, the twon will obviously need to provide more benches, thereby converting some of the unused open areas into spaces suitable for socializing.

Write a response in which you examine the sated and /or unstated assumptions of the argument. Be sure to explain how the argument depends on these assumptions and what the implications are for the argument if the assumptions prove unwarranted.

基本上也是按老师练习的思路，先把几个切入点找出来：the assumption based on
1. the data cited was only of one month: possibilities on the data of longer period, other ways to reach the park by visitors.
2. the comparison between the two parks: possibilities on the exact amount of visitors
3. the different location of the two parks: possibilities on different attractive points of the park
30分钟内完成全文。

虽然不确定ETS会给几分，但对我这个几乎就没有限时完成过全文的人来说，能在考场，迅速理清思路，把全文写完，这个和王老师的强化训练是分不开的。总之，作文就是要练。
