Responsibilities
- To assist all team members and coordinate internal matters.
- Handle general office admin duties, such as staff expense claims, contracts and licenses renewal, office equipment maintenance, procurement of office supplies, filing etc.
- Provides daily support for HR functions including but not limited to maintaining monthly payroll, MPF admin, compensation & benefits, staff leave and personal data
- Support Sales team for their daily operation
- Facilitate Clients in applying different funding from Government or other NGO organization
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience
- Responsible, positive, attention to detail, well-organized and can-do attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good command in documents management
- Knowledge in project management is an advantage
