Job Description:

1.        Partner with Financial Advisors and branch managers to build a successful and compliant Annuity / Insurance business practice
2.        Manage and support department staff to optimize productivity
3.        Reinforce structure and document workflows to enhance Department processes and communicate service standards
4.        Build relationships with external and internal wholesalers for Variable annuities products
5.        Contact Insurance Carriers and maintain relationships to facilitate business
6.        Identify trends and patterns in branch or Advisor activity which may warrant further review
7.        Need someone that is very precise
