:( 大家好！
这个周末德国汉堡大学一教授要来和我老板谈合作项目。呆三天。据知他很喜欢中国学生。我会陪他。我研一，英语口头交流没问题。很想出国。希望大家指点如何套瓷？如何留下好印象？不知德国有没有RA、TA、GA、Fellow奖之类的。

He is coming!

汉堡大学教授来了,对我印象不错,有人极力推荐我!他说最主要是搞到项目,好象在申请一个大项目,有1.5million Euro,还可能申请DAAD. 那我要考IELTSl喽? 好象我还要考我现在老板的博士.我不是很清楚.

不过现在要送一个硕士去工作1-2年,我还是一年级,老板不送我去.

UNI Hamburg 比较有钱

不通过daad也可以，只要这个老板愿意给钱就成。需要不需要英语都是他说了算。

那我要考ielts吧？

明天陪她去南岳衡山玩。这几天我喝了不少酒，因为一个单位很多人都想去的，我初来乍到，要不是我老板赏识我英文水平和专业基础，还有一个外国人推荐，恐怕我早没戏了。就像这次不是送我去。我的老板也不好做的。很多人眼红的，我已感觉到。

也不知什么原因，我实验室去过汉堡3年，还拿到那里的博士文凭的二老板（他在德国干的很好，德国汉堡老板很喜欢他。就因为他我们才和汉堡建立了良好关系，才有今天）对我好像不咋的，对我爱理不理的，本来我可以从他那了解了解很多信息。反而对即将送去德国的那个硕士好好的，郁闷！唉，没有关系，难哪。

考什么不太清楚,toefl/ielts都行吧

国内人事关系是比较复杂...

申请DAAD要IELTS

DAAD Scholarship Programmes for Ph.D. Studies in Germany 2007
(in cooperation with the China Scholarship Council)

The DAAD offers in cooperation with the China Scholarship Council (CSC) financial support for individuals who would like to carry out a PhD research project at a German higher education institution or non-university research institute. Grants are available to graduate students with a master’s degree and PhD candidates from both universities and research institutes in China and are open to all disciplines.

Scholarship types

The Research grants can be used to carry out

research projects at a German higher education institution for the purpose of gaining a doctorate in China ("DAAD Sandwich Scholarship")
research projects at a German higher education institution for the purpose of gaining a doctorate in Germany

Application procedure
Applications have to be submitted in parallel both to DAAD Beijing Office and to the CSC Office in Beijing.

The deadline at the CSC Office is June 10, 2006. For detailed information please refer to www.csc.edu.cn.

The deadline at the DAAD Beijing Office is June 15 2006.

The following documents must be be submitted to DAAD Beijing Office in triplicate (1 set of originals or notarised copies, 2 sets of copies thereof). Documents in Chinese always have to be provided together with a certificated translation.

For all applicants:

DAAD application form (each form signed with your signature, photo attached)
DAAD address sheet
CV (resume)
detailed research outline
2 letters of recommendation on DAAD reference form
letter of invitation by German academic supervisor (copy only) or admission to a German PhD-programme (copy only)
language certificate for German or English (IELTS 5.5 or above, TEM 8)
university degrees (notarised copy!), each with: Degree certificate (学位证), graduation certificate (毕业证), academic record (成绩单)
Gaokao / university admission (高考证明 / 大学录取通知书)
middle school graduation certificate (高中毕业证)
DAAD "letter of confirmation” signed by the candidate’s employer, confirming that a leave will be granted for the intended research stay in Germany
For applicants for Sandwich scholarship in addition:

admission to PhD-studies in China
Incomplete applications or applications sent to the DAAD head office in Bonn will not be taken into account.

General application procedure
Qualified candidates will be invited to an interview with a joint selection committee of DAAD and CSC and made up of Chinese and German Professors in November 2006. The interview language will be English or German. Decisions will be announced in early 2007.
Successful applicants will start a compulsory German language training in March 2007. For candidates from the natural sciences and engineering the length of the German language training is one semester, for candidates from the humanities and social sciences the length of the language training is two semesters, i.e. the research stay in Germany will beginn in summer 2007 (natural sciences and engineering) or early 2008 (humanities and social sciences), respectively.

听说有很多奖学金可申请，我知道的还有：

DAAD短期研究奖学金

DAAD为计划在攻读博士期间前往德国进行短期研究的年轻高水平学者提供资助。在特殊情况下，博士后候选人也可申请此项奖学金用于短期赴德研究。

期限：
一至六个月，不可延长

申请条件：
- 与德国机构保持良好的长期联系，并获得了正式的邀请。
- 向德意志学术交流中心提交详细的学习和研究计划以及明确的工作进度表，二者须经中国和德国大学双方核准。
- 您应当在您所希望研究的专业领域具备良好的语言知识（根据研究需要，英语或德语）。
- 年龄限制：申请者在获得奖学金时年龄应不超过32岁。

申请时间：
请最迟于研究项目开始前5个月将申请材料提交至德意志学术交流中心驻京办事处。

申请材料：
PhD candidate / post-doc candidate
application form / address sheet / recommendation letter / invitation letter / letter of confirmation

DAAD-Leibniz Scholarships for Doctoral Candidates and Post-Docs

The Leibniz Association comprises 80 non-university research institutes and service facilities for research. Leibniz Institutes work interdisciplinary and combine basic and applied research of national significance. They are obliged to scientific excellency. The mission of each Leibniz Institute defines possible research topics.

This scholarship programme is open to graduates, Ph.D. students and Post-Docs aiming to carry out research work at one of the participating Leibniz Institutes. Scholarships can be awarded for a period from 6 to 36 months. It is also possible to gain a doctorate in Germany.

The next application deadline is 15 December 2005.

Helmholtz-DAAD Fellowships for Doctoral and Postdoctoral Students

德国亥姆霍兹联合会共拥有15个国家级的研究中心，是欧洲最大的科研机构，共拥有员工24000人，年经费22亿欧元。亥姆霍兹联合会致力于解决社会、科学和工业界面临的重大挑战，主要在能源、地球与环境、卫生健康、关键技术、物质结构以及航空航天与交通等六大领域利用大型设备开展跨学科的前瞻性研究。

Helmholtz-DAAD奖学金项目是由德国亥姆霍兹联合会所属15个国家研究中心提供岗位经费并通过德国学术交流中心渠道在全球范围内招聘外国优秀博士生及博士后，旨在吸引世界上优秀青年科研人员到亥姆霍兹的研究中心开展科研和获得深造。

本奖学金项目每年九、十月份发布一次，同时公布在德国亥姆霍兹联合会与DAAD的中英文网页上。奖学金申请者将于次年三月获得是否中选的准确消息，获奖者将受邀在亥姆霍兹所属的某研究中心利用其优秀的科研设备条件，开展某个特定方向的研究。

洪堡研究基金项目 (AvH Scholarship)

亚历山大·冯·洪堡基金会(Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung）资助年龄在40岁以下，以很高水平获得博士学位的外国学者，使他们能够在德国执行本人选定的研究计划。这些研究资金在全球范围内以竞争选拔的形式发放，任何地区的任何民族学者都可在任何时候提出申请。任何国家的申请者机会均等，不设比例。洪堡研究基金的发放只针对实施具体的学术研究计划，用于学者按照计划在德国境内从事研究工作，而不用于培训进修目的或短期的研究和会议到访。研究计划和研究所由访问学者自行择定。在访问学者向洪堡基金会提出申请之前，请先与邀请方就项目细节和时间规划进行协商，达成一致意见。

每年三月、六/七月和十一月进行选拔。第一次的资助期限为六至十二个月，如果提出申请，可以延长至24个月。访问学者最长可以在其他欧洲联盟国家的研究机构里做六个月的研究。

王宽诚科研基金 (K.C.Wong Scholarship)

提出申请的时候，申请者必须在中国从事科研和教学。邀请的前提条件是有博士学位，并同德国相关专业的科学家保持联系，并提交申请者同提出邀请的德方高等院校教师商定的研究计划。该项目未设定年龄限制，但优先考虑年轻的申请者。

可随时向德意志学术交流中心波恩总部或其驻京办事处以及北京的中国科学院或北京的中国社会科学院提交申请。

每年有两次选拔机会，分别在一月和六月。基金期限为三至十二个月。
