提纲:1.诚实是人类的美德,领导者也要具有
2.领导者有其它方法避免撒谎
3.人们信任才选举领导者,他们不能对公众撒谎
We always make jokes towards politicians who are not honest and cheating. Through this action may we find a way to express our dissatisfactory of such cheating politicians. Yet we hear politicians complain about our attitudes towards their cheating by saying that it is impractical to tell the truth all the time and they even claim that complete honesty is not a useful virtue for a politician. By closer scrutiny of this issue, I doubt such viewpoints and hold the view that complete honesty is a useful virtue and that politicians should and must be honest to the public.
Honesty has been considered as one of the most admired virtues of human beings. As members from the public, politicians have no privilege to abandon honesty. Looking back in history, we find honesty is emphasized in any time and any place for people's trust of each other stems from it. Without fundamental honesty, we may doubt others and the society may become a turmoil and chaos for the reason that it is filled with suspects and there lacks basic factor for people to communicate with each other. Referring to politicians, they emphasize honesty in common people, how will the public feel if politicians themselves are cheaters of the country? Their policy to encourage people to treat one another with honesty will be ineffective and so will their other policies because people may doubt the credibility of them. Without people's trust, politicians are doomed to fail, not to say their effect.
Some politicians may argue that it is impossible for them to tell the truth all the time as chances are that many policies which are related to the security of the country are required not being disclosed. However, such disclosure of policies is not a lie, but a temporary unpublicized plan. They do not have the right to say being cheating is reasonable. It is not essential for politicians to cheat because they have other methods that can help them out of a dilemma. If they find it is not the proper time to tell the truth, they can delay it; if they find public are interested in something that must be kept secret for the interests of the society, they can use other attractive news to transfer people's focus; if they find public cannot understand the meaning of such events, they can harness the mass media to express the meaning. There are so many choices and the worst one is to cheat.
Politicians are voted by the public who show a trust of their ability to improve our society and people's rights, and therefore they do not have the privilege to cheat the public. People are given the right to know all the things of the society and to supervise the function of government and they have good reasons to ask for the resignation of politicians who are not honest. Complete honesty actually is a useful virtue for it brings politicians the trust of public which plays a crucial role in the effect of political leaders. Only to those who do something unrefined or illegal is complete honesty a menace which may lead their way to the end of politics.
To sum up, a truly effective political leader can manage to tell the truth all the time for he/she has many approaches to give the public truth other than cheating. If politicians are honest all the time, complete honesty is surely a useful virtue to win public's admiration and trust. Furthermore, such politicians do not need to worry about their cheating and lack of this worry they will appreciate a more effective job.

We always make jokes towards politicians who are not honest and cheating. Through this action(behavior?) may we find a way to express our dissatisfactory of ( dissatisfaction with)such cheating politicians. Yet we hear politicians complain about our attitudes towards their cheating by saying that it is impractical to tell the truth all the time and they even claim (even claiming 或者后半句另写成一句) that complete honesty is not a useful virtue for a politician. Honesty has been considered as one of the most admired virtues of human beings. As members from the public, politicians have no privilege to abandon honesty. Looking back in(to) history, we find honesty is emphasized in any time and any place for people's trust of each other stems from it. Without fundamental honesty, we may doubt others and the society may become a turmoil and chaos for the reason(这样说不好) that it is filled with suspects( suspicions) and there lacks basic factor for people to communicate with each other. Referring to politicians, they( who) emphasize honesty in common people, how will the public feel if politicians themselves are cheaters of the country? some of( 后面有other,而且最好能用个连词。) their policy to encourage people to treat one another with honesty will be ineffective and so will their other policies because people may doubt the credibility of them. Without people's trust, politicians are doomed to fail, not to say their effect.
Some politicians may argue that it is impossible for them to tell the truth all the time (as chances are that many policies which are related to the security of the country are required not being disclosed.)被绕昏了,简单点吧。而且chance用在这不通吧。 However, such disclosure of policies is not a lie, but a temporary unpublicized plan. No matter how, they do not have the right to (say being) regard cheating is reasonable. It is not essential( 换个词吧,比如不必要什么的) for politicians to cheat because they have other methods( that can) to help them out of a dilemma. If they find it is not the proper time to tell the truth, they can delay it; if they find public are interested in something that must be kept secret for the interests of the society, they can use other attractive news to transfer people's focus; if they find public cannot understand the meaning of such events, they can harness the mass media to express the meaning. People are given the right to know all the things of the society and to supervise the function of government and (they have good reasons去掉,或者另起一句改成Thus they ……) to ask for the resignation of politicians who are not honest. Complete honesty actually is a useful virtue for it brings politicians the trust of public which plays a crucial role in the effect of political leaders. Only to those who do something unrefined or illegal is complete honesty a menace which may lead their way to the end of politic.

If politicians are honest all the time, complete honesty is surely a useful virtue to win public's admiration and trust.( 这样说好吗?前后两个分句有关系吗?) Furthermore, such politicians do not need to worry about their cheating and lack of this worry(个人认为可以去掉了) they will appreciate a more effective job.
