Visa officer: how are you?
Me: fine ,thank you .and you ?
Visa officer: I am ok., so you will study in University of XXX?
Me: yeah, actually I would pursue my master degree in accounting there.
Vo: u r from 我的本科学校?
Me: yes, the university located in qingdao, and my major there is finance.
Vo:@#$%^&*( ?
Me: I am sorry, I beg you pardon?
Vo: (more close to the window and speak slowly)when will you complete your undergraduate study?
Me: hah, in this end of June I will get my bachelor degree.
Vo: ok. And what is the amount of your scholarship?
Me: approximately XXX dollars, and it includes tuition waiver and a research assistant job.rest fees would be covered by my family.
Vo: show me your letter from the uni.
Me: wait for seconds(bring the letter from my files) and would you like to see my award letter at same time?
Vo: sure.
Then he carefully reviewed the letters and suddenly a wired question emerged:
Vo: do you like baseball?
Me: no, but I am a football fan.
Vo: wow,you konw you would like it when you arrive US.
So am I approved?
Vo: of course and enjoy your time in U.S.
