本人是08年FALL 到纽约长岛HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY的学生(女生),希望找中国人一起住,下面是具体信息:


DESCRIPTION:

Two dream rooms in a nice apartment on first floor including unfinished extra large basement is available now!!!

1.       It has very nice location, very close to Hofstra University by walk. Newly painted, new wooden floor, full size kitchen including one large size refrigerator, new oven, you can also use owner’s cook pots. Brand new washer and dryer and another large refrigerator is provided in the basement.
2.       Two very bright and nice rooms available.

The larger room can put in 4 twin size beds and has three large windows, one is extra large, it also has a very large walk-in closet.
The smaller room is also bright and new. It has two large windows and a closet.
One chair and one light is provided in each room by owner.

3.       Use of all the yard, share full kitchen and bathroom and large unfinished basement with brand new washer and dryer, there is also another large refrigerator. A long table is provided to eat in kitchen.
4.       Near bus stops, restaurants, minutes to malls by bus.
5.       Long place for parking on the street in front the house.
6.       House owner is also a Hofstra student and is very friendly. Especially welcome Chinese Hofstra Students.


REQUIREMENT:
1.       600 for one room and 650 for bigger room per month. Heat water gas elec. included. One month rent and one month security required.
2.       no pets(养不起...)
3.       no loud music(中国人都不会...)
4.       no moking
5.       maximum one person in one room
