Go with Standard! It is a better school in a better location. If I were you, I would have accepted the offer and begin looking up jobs in Silicon Valley. Just think about how many job opportunities and industry connections you will have at Stanford. And since you are also considering going back to China at some point, a Stanford degree will definitely help you alot.

The first school you should cross out from your list is UMich. Staying at the same school? That's a big no-no. It's not good on your resume.

UCLA might be good. But if industry is your main goal, you shouldnt be considering any research at all. Sure, there are big names at UCLA. But if you are not going into academia, what's the point of research?

Well, it's already 4/14. You might have already decided where to go. UCLA, UMich, and Stanford are all good schools. Good luck!
