Admittedly, any institution or entity is composed of individual, with which most of the routine tasks are fulfilled by unified collaborated judgments by personal decision. The question posed by the speaker that whether the optional execution should follow the will of the authority or the served people. In my view, neither would answer the above question.

It would not deny the marvelous influence imposed on the current affairs by contemporary heroes, who are the few symbols recorded in the history. Iphone invented by Steven Jobs and promoted worldwide altered the world into a fashioned of intelligent mobile phone. Along with 3D cartoon technology strongly recommended by him, we are startled by his ingenuity and diligence in reforming the informative market. Maybe that was the magic of heroic idol. There existed more of the distinguished maters like Martin Luther King Jr who vindicated the life of the black and the leader of scientific realm like Copernic who verified the Geocentric Theory. They are the sparkled star that shed lights on our lives and made the difference.

Despite the admirable individuals, the power of the authority or government should not be relied soly on, since the personal opinion was arbitrary and occasionally lack of comprehensive consideration. The prime duty for the government is to seek the basic welfare of the citizens and promote the possible development both in the infrastructure and economic strength. It is the civic have the right to reflect the political achievement in democratic society whereas the governors are obliged to maintain the safety and happiness of the people. That is why most of the election was preclude by massive propaganda (propaganda) across the country to win the support and champion from the citizens.

Pays were payed off when Saddam Hussein counteracted the will of his people to fight against the United States of America, and doomed to death. When the rate of the supporters fallen down, governors of Japan forced to be frequently relinquished and shifted within one year of reigning on account of extreme régime of democracy. While different country varied in ideology in executive policy，however, my concern were more focus on the political guidance led to the welfare of their people. Not to mention geographic and economic variance in a specific districts in a nation. A typical example was raised by Chinese Committee of the representatives that specified the common ideas of the pubic, which I would propose agreebly.

Though the decision was sorted and varied from person to person, it was strongly recommend that the will of nation would not only posed by autocracy，but the collaborated decision represented by the leader of the mass public. Only in this way, the cherished consistence along in a nation would be attained and maintained.
