只要人人只贡献一点爱，世界将变得更加美好。为感谢论坛，答谢分享者，尤其是nomadicgirl的无私帮助，抛砖引玉。这么晚的面经，就当做是元宵节点心吧。答复的小白的地方，欢迎拍砖。

西北面经

约好的开始面试的时间，marry 姐姐很准时的就联系，并说明因在家里信号不好，所以她这边就不开摄像头，这个我超级没有意见，话说这个画面很耗流量的。

上来marry姐姐先常规介绍了下面试的目的，是为了了解申请者什么的。然后就正式begin了啊。

1、作为律师，每天的日常工作是什么啊？

回复：这个真心没有好好准备，就大致说了下，不是非常流畅。

2、说明在一个项目中发挥领导才能的时候

回复：主要说明在一个大型IPO项目中大家齐心合力工作的案例。

3、When you have free time, what do you enjoy doing for fun?

回复：I go to swimming and climbing to have fun and keep fit for the heavy working load. I also go out and meet my friends to have fun.

4、What kind of employment do you see yourself pursuing after you graduate from law school?

I will come back and continue to be a lawyer.

5、 What is your ultimate dream for your long-term career?

My ultimate career goal is to become one of the best lawyers in China’s capital market. Thus, I can apply my professional knowledge to provide legal services for more clients. I also aim to help China’s further developments in the legal system.

6、 What is it about Northwestern Law that appeals to you?

Your emphasis on team-work and working experiences. NW has the preference for the students with working experiences which means the course is all based on real legal activity which is suitable for my working experience and my long-term career dream. What’s more, my colleague [ ] went to NW and they think it was great highly recommended your school to me.

大致就是这么多。总的感觉范围都在30题中。如果是工作党，建议重点准备与工作相关的，那些什么最爱的大学教授啥的就不用准备了。如果是学生，则重点准备与学校相关的。

反问环节：我问了什么招生规模等没有技术含量的问题，然后又问了为什么状态还是显示为incomplete的阶段，答曰是interview的报告没有出来啊，不用着急啊。终于明白了。

整个面试24分钟，比较顺畅。Marry真的好准时，好专业啊！！！但是我回头又仔细读读我西北的申请材料，里面还有一个笔误，当时在申请初期，又比较匆忙，估计是没有希望了。真是后悔，桑心啊。

UT面经
面完UT那天就想写面经的，心中就一直感激那些分享面经的同学。但是那天估计是寄托在搬服务器，所以导致我没有及时记录，现在脑子已经不热了，能写多少是多少吧。

首先是jimmy哥哥确认是一如既往的迟到，因为小哥确认很忙，这点也没有办法。约好的10点开始，直到10点半才开始，我这个急啊。然后终于等到小哥的Skype请求了，鸡冻！
UT Austin

personal introduction按照论坛的指示 ~我说了点基本信息+career goal。嘿嘿，常规项目。

Q1: How do you hear about UT?
One of my professors in CUPL was graduated from your university. And he highly recommended your law school. He usually said the convenient library resources and beautiful view of Austin in the class of brief introduction of America Law.

Q2 Why UT and Why LLM

After comparing UT law school with other law schools in terms of cost of attendance, courses, number of students. And I think UT is the suitable choice for me based on its best return on investment and its appropriate size of LLM program. The tuitions and fees is not very high and the small size of your class means we will have more discussions with the professors and the students which will help our foreign students to have a deeper understandings of common law system. And as the students of UT, you can participate in the job fair of UCL and NYU which will be very helpful for my future career.

More importantly, the LLM program of Texas Law School offers courses of anti-trust law, and securities Regulation which are based on legal activities. Therefore, I am in great need of these courses to advance my further career. Another factor that attracts me to your school is its ideal geography for me. I believe the economic wonder of Texas in the recent years could benefit me a lot and keep me current with the latest development of the world’s most active market.

Why Business Law
It is based on my academic interest and career goal. Firstly, my academic interests mainly focus on commercial law and land law which is under business law system. I want to find an solution in common system to solve China’s land law dilemma. Under current China’s land law system, the large proportions of the profit generated from farmer’s land right was seized by the local government and the real estate developer. This situation has caused many serious society problems. I want to further study the land development right in common law system to find an solution for this problem.

Q3: 有没有上过native speaker的课？
答曰：Yes. I took many courses of the native speakers or foreign professors such as a listener to improve my English and get a deeper understanding of the common law system. What’s more, I have been worked as a interpreted in the training courses of China and EU economic law for the officials of MOFCOM.

Q3延伸：How comfortable do you feel when taking course in English? 1-10?
答曰 Probably 8.5. I feel comfortable taking courses in English because I always did a lot of preparations before class. And I am familiar with the content of the lectures given by the professors. It is known to all that prior preparation prevents poor performance.

Q4:说说你的career goal
My ultimate career goal is to become the best lawyer in China’s capital market.

Q5: Say something about yourself either in aspect of profession or personal life.

I am lawyer that means I am a self-motivated person. But I am also very vivid during my spare time. I liking swimming , playing chess and swimming during my spare time

1. How many LLM student Texas plan to admit?

2. What kind of internship or jobs did the LLM student of Texas will have after graduation?

另外，悲剧的是最后视频的信号不好，然后小哥不停的晃动身体，然后语速很快的说了一段话，因为他晃动身体占了好多流量，所以悲剧的导致，这边像发电报一样，我完全不知道他在说什么。只能微笑+点头，估计他也觉得很无趣，然后就结束了会谈。内心觉得有些凄凉。

不过小哥人还是很好的，不停地说UT是巨型学校，有很多专业，包括机械什么，强调综合性大学的好处。
