62.Leaders are created by the demand that are placed on them.

Generally the leaders are always the group of elites among the public that is elected by the public in order to deal with the risk and help the people in trouble to get out.However, we can’t  ignore the view point that the leadership be may motivated by the inner impulse generated inside their minds. Admittedly, leader are born with responsibilities.Those responsibilities are resulted from the demand of the public. Therefore,we should agree the argument that showed in the title.

Fairly speaking , leaders should always be outstanding both on the engagement and execution. So it is reasonable to take their aspiration into account for the motivation to be on acme.Some leaders are  ambitious,just like the Hitler and Genghis Khan, frenzy about expanding their lands to all the world in different periods.They are the leaders of their army and nations. And their purpose for invasion are pretty congruent. More lands mean more power over the world. It has little to do with the defense to other invaders. However, the judgements on those special examples are provincial. For most of the leaders, they are supported by the public, considered justice and always dealing with the problems for their protege.

From the public’s perspective, leaders are engendered for the solution.The only and most important reason for their existence is that they can bring the people out of the mess and ameliorate the situation. This point is well accepted both in the western and eastern cultural backgrounds. In the East, the country of China, Japan and Korea, they are all reborn from the revolution under the guide of the leaders of that generation.In the West, some examples are even more cogent.For instance,in  the American Independent War , the American Federal defeated the United Kingdom with first combat in Lexington. The American Federal army were led by George Washington.People chose him for freedom and he made it. That can definitely proved the argument that the leaders are pushed by the demands.

We also can evaluate the argument from the leaders’ view. The paragraph in their autobiography about the mental acitivities they were running through at the time they were selected to be the leaders can explain as well. The leaders should have a deep recognition on their duty so as to not be confound when they utilized the ability given by the publics. Those authorized autobiographies would  absolutely be the perfect source to analyze their minds. A leader should always keep concise and sharp when they guided people. The demand put on them is more of appreciating trust than overly abuse the power.The successful leader are clear about their responsibilities and these also can explicate the reason why the public still in favor of their regime even after the elimination of the risks.

To sum up, leaders who always play the eminent role of bellwether will no doubt keep them awake to help the public with the problems ahead of everything. Becaue they know only if they survive the toughest period ,they can reach the peak likewise.The demands of the people are always driving the leaders and reminding them the fundament of their existence.
