「课程介绍」

系统分析研究生文凭 (Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis)

2月入学： 网申：7月-10月中， 8 月入学：网申：1月-4月中
为期12个月的全日制课程旨在培养实际工作领域的IT专家，以确保学生获得全面的就业能力。许多学生通过学习该课程如愿以偿转行至前途璀璨的IT行业。在为期5个月的实习期内，通过在项目团队中为机构效力，将获得对IT行业的真知灼见和实际工作经验。

Knowledge Engineering - using data analytics to build intelligent system. it's more engineering approach.
Enterprise Business Analytics - no coding background required. you will only need to know R. It's data analytics in business approach.

It's 1.5 years. Both programs have 8 months of internship. The first 4-month is part-time, 2 days per week. The last 4-month is paid full-time internship programs. It's arranged by the school.

Business Analytics from computing is 1 year program for people who already have practiced BA or relevant area in their jobs.

老师好！请问NUS-ISS的KE课程与Computing的MASTER OF SCIENCE BUSINESS ANALYTICS PROGRAMME有很大不同吗？CS毕业想学DATA  ANALYTICS应该申哪个呢？还有ISS这几个MASTER哪个就业最好呢？谢谢

Please let us know which program you would like to apply? Systems Analysis?

Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis 系统分析研究生文凭 isn't a master degree. But, it is recognized by China Ministry of Education.

Currently there is no scholarship. Thank you.

         你好，我是武汉大学的一名生物科学专业学生，对系统分析很感兴趣，现在做生物信息的实习岗位差不多半年，可以自己编写Python和shell的一些脚本，准备毕业设计做序列比对的算法课题...托福成绩现在是90想刷到100左右，均分大概85~不知道我这样的转专业背景申请到ISS的MASTER是否有可能？另外除了BOND和政府贷款外，还有什么可能的奖助学金吗？非常谢谢！

The focus of the graduate diploma and ebac are different. If you graduate from the graduate diploma, your career choice is wider. The program is intensive and will help you build a strong foundation in computing. Most of our graduates from the graduate diploma will work for 1 or 2 years before taking a master degree. By then, they will know the industry trend and their interests.

Dear Megan, I have just completed my postgraduate degree in the specialization of International Studies in a UK University. My past work experiences before that were providing language trainings to people in different age groups. Now I am experiencing a career transition in my late twenties and I want to relaunch a new career in the booming area of Business Analytics which requires a combination of a business mindset, mathematical analyzing capabilities and some programming skills like Python.

Here, I have an enquire. Do you think the Graduate Diploma in Systems Science offered by your prestigious University will boost my opportunity in pursuing for a postgraduate degree in the area of Business Analytics? I am not that sure if these two areas are that closely relevant to each other and I do not want to be a pure programmer or computing engineer for the rest of my life. Thank you very mush.

好的，非常感谢您如此详细的回答，让我受益颇多。
还有几个小问题，比如具体我需要提交的申请文件的内容和那60分钟面试是需要我在官网去查找吗？面试的题目是固定的还是需要我现在留学网站查找一下往年的去练习呢？

Yes, that's correct. You don't need to spend time to retake IETLS since you already got IETLS 6.0.

For your preparation:
1. Complete and submit the online application and mail all supporting documents to us by 15 Oct. (If your application comes earlier, we will process and verify it first.)
2. Get familiar with aptitude test questions and its format. Ensure you will be able to finish 50 questions in 60 minutes. (if the applicant fails the test, he/she will not be admitted to the program.)
3. Brush up English speaking. So, you can express your thoughts freely and comfortably during the interview.

谢谢您百忙之中给我回复，我就不拽我那不地道的英语了，这几天正好刚考完试，才来逛一下。
那也就是说，如果我申请ISS的研究生，现在最重要的准备口语么，那我的其他标准现在进入您学院深造的机会比较大么，我心里还是没有太多的底。我现在是应该准备申请还是先和老师沟通，我确实很希望自己能学会系统分析，比较喜欢对算法的研究~

If you want to apply ISS, you don't need to retake IETLS. We suggest you to spend more time to brush up your speaking. It will make a great impact on your interview.
