Please be advised that we have added the following designated institutions to
receive your June 2004 GRE scores:学校省略

Paper score reports will be sent to you and to designated recipients up to 6
weeks after your test date.

To add, correct or change GRE score recipients on your registration form, make
the desired changes on the correction stub attached to your admission ticket.
Mail the stub so that it will reach ETS no later than the Friday before the
test date for which you registered. You may also e-mail your corrections to
gre-info@ets.org. Any requests to add, delete or change score recipients
received after the Friday before the test date must be accompanied by $15 per
institution.
