哎。。没有。。。直接找dynamic corporate finance的syllabus然后看paper吧~

This is there defining course (along with structural estimation of corporate finance) hence I believe the course is still ongoing. (actually the course is called theoretical corporate finance, the dynamic CF guys believe the game theoretical based CF is dead)

Yep, my empirical corporate finance professors worked there. One of my fellow student spent one year in their program four years ago...

SFI EPFL is a great institute if you want to do asset pricing or fancy dynamic corporate finance. It is definitely one of the top places for a finance phd in Europe. EPFL is No. 2 in Swiss. Other branches of SFI (Zurich etc.) are less interesting.

You can check their placement records and so on. However, it would be better if you connect some professors in advance.

Seem like SFI is an combination of two university? I search it on internet and see their placement is quite good.  
Do u know whether EPFL is friendly in financial aid and scholarship?
I am actually doing my research in the combination of CF and asset pricing and your information is quite useful for me.
BTW,do you know how is its qualify exam and if it is hard to graduate at there?
