UWO要我安排CHESICC发送官方中英文成绩单和认证报告，请问这个怎么弄？

拿到了西安大略大学二学位，里面的offer condition是：

Transcript verification must be ordered through the China Higher Education Student Information & Career Center (CHESICC) Credentials Verification Service (www.chsi.com.cn).  Ask CHESICC to submit your official academic transcript, English translation and English verification reports for all items to Western University.

Degree and graduation certificate verification must be ordered through China Academic Degrees and Graduation Education Development Center (CDGDC) (http://www.chinadegrees.cn/cn/).

UWO要CHESICC直接把中英文成绩单和认证报告发给学校啊，UWO的说法是“Ask CHESICC to submit ...” ，这么看，好像还不能自己发？而且CHESICC合作的加拿大大学没有UWO啊，请问这个该怎么弄？
