I do not think the company will really do things strictly according to those laws.
If they break the law, I do not think you have time to talk with them in court.
Therefore, my recommendation is to have a good negotiation with HR manager in your company. If they force you to pay all the compensation, then take a look what you have. If you already have all documents that you need from the company, then just let them go to hell!
However, try best not to offend them. If they ask you to pay RMB less than five thousand, just pay it so as to avoid future trouble.
