Is to earn as much money as possible for their company the unique task of executives? The speaker claim so. In my view, I agree with the author to some extent, yet, making a profit is not simply the merely responsibility of corporate executives.

In the first place, as a executives, what is the primary goal of the company is to make a profit. Common sense tells me that profit is the soul of a company, which like plants can not be taken apart from soil. Without profit, a corporation can not thrive; the welfare of the employers reduces; quality of its products diminishes; the price of them increases. An ape illustration which involves the famous company, IBM, took place a few months ago. Because of failure to achieve assigned profit for several years, IBM had to determine to sell its PC department, which once was the most profitable project in IBM. The same situation happened in HP, another multinational corporation, of which the CEO responsible to the failure sent in her jacket last few months. From the examples, we can find out the competition is so cruel. Thus, what executives need to do is to lead the whole team extricated from the chaos, and the best way but effective means as well is to make as much money as possible for their companies.

In the second place, gain a profit is not the only responsibility for corporate executives. Few would deny the significance of profit, but what executives concern includes the moral duty. If we only focus on the goal of profit, it will sever to harm the society, for the reason that making  profit is just a near-term purpose, For the purpose of this so-called achievement, a company will cost a expense of some harmful behaviors, such as polluting environment, defrauding consumers, carrying price monopoly, and so forth. If so, then how terrible the world would become. In short, corporate executives must pay attention to the moral responsibility, making contribution to community, in recognition of society.

Last but not the least, the corporate executives can not disobey laws. As we all known, laws put the criteria to regulate people's behavior in order to benefit the major groups of the society. On  the one hand, laws limit the illegal dealings of corporations. On the other hand, corporations also benefit to the protection from the laws to compete with other companies in fairness. Further more, imagine no laws exist in the world, the whole negative of human nature will no doubt to appear, which like a horse without a halter. In the other words, when laws come into power, people, corporation or any other group are forced to behave themselves, or they will be faced with punishment. Therefore, to profit stayed within the law is the basic for any corporation which expects to participate in social profitable activities.

To sum up, corporate executives should not only think of the corporate profit, which plays a considerable role in business activity, but also concern with corporate moral duty, a long-term purpose, on which company achieves its goals based.

b1写得不错，不过ibm被联想收购pc部门的例子好像很多人都用过，考虑换一个，b2你写了追求prohit的后果，不是不可以，但是b2你发散得太多，而且例子也是举的都是违法的行为，
你b3的写得离题了，题目已经说明within  the law，你的重点是要说ceo还有其他责任，这个应该占主要的篇幅
正确地说，你的b2b3都有问题，within the law你没注意，issue还是多想想比较有效果
建议重写，至少提纲重列
