Global networks, attended by more and more people, are trends to booming all over the world. The different person will have his or her own perspective and comprehension. Parts of them, who have positive thesis, think the global networks are final situation of the human society. Whereas, some, insist global networks is troubled to individuals, are also not minority. From the two standpoints, we can't draw any conclude hastily and can't assure which is better. Every person has its own viewpoint, we merely conclude it depends.

I concede the global networks is speed up develop than ever. Education and sciences, more profitable from global networks, is a stride step in twenties century. Share, the new concept with the global networks develop, is accepted by most of people. All the students could get information from network which have much benefit knowledge they inspiring is much helpful to them. They can get any information what they want and what they struggle to find. The global networks not promote only the education and sciences, also make the communication from country to other country a magic develop. With the communication among countries, the importance of the global networks is obvious. Without cooperate among countries, the problem of earth warming is a series problem to one country; without communication with much countries in teh world, the nuclear weapon must be owned by those countries which have terrorisms; without have agreement to other counties, the willing of eliminating wars must in vain. And to eliminate the poverty of people, prevent the AIDS spreads and so forth need the global countries collaborated to solve together. The countries need global networks to serves with them, and the global networks need counties to develop.

We also pay much attention about the disadvantage of the global networks as some person dope out. Because some certain reasons, the development of the economic is not equal to the others, some region, which the economic decrease suddenly and can't recovered immediately is more crisis to the sounding countries. From the fatal history, we clearly remember the region of Asia, in 1997, a creasy storm of economic crisis break out at any preparation. Not only in Asia, the economic is decreasing without any controlled and the government seems disability to the crisis, also American and other countries in the world are influenced by the nightmare. It just like when you wake up in the morning, you find yourselves become a person without any cent, you are bankrupt in a night. To a person, it is a nightmare, nevertheless, to a country it is a fatal disaster. The expense from the economic crisis is difficulty to recover. The disapproval persons which agree with the global networks also cite the examples as a evidence. I concede it is a flaw of the global networks and maybe it is a problem.

Global networks are provide a convenient place to crime and the percentage of criming is increasing. We don't dent the global networks is a caution of increasing crimes and even promote crime increasingly. Without boundaries of countries, the mobsters of multinational crime may even not afraid be caught and they can have the other countries mobsters protection. And in the other aspect, the internet is the same criming place without boundaries and they will not be caught easily. In the internet, there are many cracker and cheaters, who always make many residents expense without their willing. We will pay much attention about the positive perspective and maybe it is a real problem.

From two contrary about the advantage and disadvantage about the global networks, we can hardly to conclude which one is better. Maybe the approval ones think the global networks is coming and it is more benefits to owners; the opposite ones are insist their viewpoints that the global have much positive influence to the development of the society. The two perspectives are too extreme we will think over them.

In the development of global networks, substantially, there are some flaws really. Nonetheless, if we could make good use of the global networks and strengthen the global teamwork to strike the global crime and cooperate with many the problem which the whole world faced, the world is becoming global networks will not far away from us.

In recent years, the global networks has influnce many aspects of the human society. Forst, the sciences and education, which is the most important aspects of humans, have a great progress. Getting benifits from the flobal networks, the scientists who ranging from the north of the earth to the south of the earth, from the east of the earth to the west of the earth, could be merged together for studying some internatinal problem. The reach of one natinal grop could be easily to send to the other group of the other country. For cooperating snd sharing, it is convenient that the information which is important could be sent or got from any place of the world. Secondly, the global networks also promote cooperation among countries.  Without cooperatimg among countries, the problem of earth warming is a series problem to one country; without communicating with many countries in the world, the nuclear weapons are hardly controlled spreading to all the countries and get more unstable factors to humans; without having agreement to other counties, the willing of eliminating poverty must be in vain; without preventing in all the countries, AIDS could be universally spreading. For solving the international problems, humans need the global networking. Finally, for serving people for several years, we could acknoelege the wealth of the global networks.

Admittedly, we can get comfort and convenient from the global networks whereas the opposite side of it is also attended us. Some positives concede the global networks come with increasing crimes. With the global networks becoming more universal, some regions link to the other countries tightly. For example, the Asia Ecnomic Crisis ,which is a stredgey to humanbeings are remebered by many people In 1997, when the world is developing peacefully and people are fulfill with their lives, in anight, the whole whealth except his life becomes merely one peny. Not only in Asia, the economic is decreasing without any controlled and the government seems disability to the crisis, also American and other countries’ people in the world are influenced deeply by the nightmare. Fro that time, people concern about the global networks and pay sufficient attention to it.

FUrthermore, Global networks are providing a convenient place to criminal and the percentage of criminals increasing. We don't deny the global networks is a cause of increasing criminals and even as a good-place to criminals increasingly.
