Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual meets and interests of each student.

提纲:
1、        因材施教可以发挥潜力、特长;教学相长。
2、        虽然个性化教育是有效的,但是完全实施是不可能的。
3、        过分的个性化教育缩小学生的视野。

  The author said that the specially designed education to each student is the only useful way. An individual education can explore a student’s ability in some field and more interest; however it does not always work.

  A proper education is more effective than an improper one. When a person faces his or her favorite thing, he or she may show more passion and have a strong willing to do it. It will save the time have spent on the lessons which the students do not like through the specially designed education. Then the students will have more time and energy to learn what they love. In the familiar area, the students will learn the knowledge they really need and produce a new idea maybe is a fire-new one. When a person is happy, his work will be efficient. Furthermore, if the teacher teaches the students in different ways which meet everyone’s need, he or she may discover the students are all intelligent and learn much from them. It is so-called “teaching benefits teachers as well as students”. And because the students want to gain the knowledge, the education process is happy and wonderful and the class is not dull any more.

  No doubt, the specially designed education is effect, but some new designs to each student are impossible. In one sense, as we know, in a college, the number of students is much larger than the one of teachers. It means that a teacher will design five, seven, or even more projects. Admittedly teachers can complete these projects; the quality is doubtable, not consummate at least, because the energy of a person is limited. To design an appropriate subject need an enough knowing to the student and a detailed plan for at least one term.  In another sense, once the opinion is wrong, it may waste the student too much time and energy, even the whole life. By reason of the student is only taught in one area, he or she does not know anything in other field, even the common sense. When he or her find that the field is not the favorite one, he or she does not want to do it any more, it will be too late to s/he to change for another one.

  Over-specified education will narrow down students’ visual field and capability of acclimation to future career. A person must absorb the knowledge of all the field, then he or she could adapt the society and manage the relationship with the colleagues well. A man who only knows the things in his or her area can not advance a new theory, because nothing is isolated, everything is relational. Moreover, a fruit of a man who can not communicate with other people or can not show the public his or her production of study is useless. As to study a subject is in order to be used by the masses. Since the conclusion is not known to us, it is a useless one. Hence, the person with ability which the society needs is the person owns knowledge of several areas and is accomplished in one of them.

  The education to a student only in one field is not effect. We need an education which contents several of areas and also meets the individual needs and interests of each students.

  The author said said 这词太常见了,而且用在开篇第一句话,不太好,呵呵 that the specially designed education to each student is the only useful way. An individual education can explore a student’s ability in some field and more interest; however it does not always work.

It will save the time have 删掉have spent on the lessons which the students do not like 不太明白你的意思?因材施教可以减少学生在他们没兴趣的科目上? through the specially designed education. Then the students will have more time and energy to learn what they love interest in好点吧?. In the familiar area, the students will learn the knowledge they really need and produce a new idea maybe is a fire-new one. When a person is happy, his work will be efficient这个说法好像不太严密,happy只是有助于提高效率, 而且efficient 和effective还是有区别的. Furthermore, if the teacher teaches the students in different ways which meet everyone’s need, he or she may discover the students are all intelligent and learn much from them. And because the students want 换个词比较好,eager/desire to to gain the knowledge, the education process is happy and wonderful and the class is not dull any more.

When he or her find that the field is not the favorite one, he or she does not want to do it any more, it will be too late to s/he to change for another one. 第一点比较好,论证教学资源有限,不仅仅是教师,还有相应的教学仪器设备, 实践环节等;不过第二点论证的不是很好,学生不是完全听命于老师的安排,而且老师也可以逐步调整计划啊,不会一直等到无法改变的那一天才察觉

Since the conclusion is not known to us, it is a useless one. 感觉句子顺序不太好Since the main goal of studying a subject is to be used by the mass, the conclusion, which is not known to us, is a useless one. Hence, the person with ability which the society needs is the person owns and is accomplished in one of them. Hence, what is the person needed by society? The answer is such person who owns knowledge of several areas and is proficient in one of them. 感觉这段的语言不及上一段,有待提高,呵呵

  The education to a student only in one field is not effect 文中未提到局限到一个领域吧?. We need an education which contents several of areas and also meets the individual needs and interests of each students. 感觉结尾有点草率,而且不能很好的对全文进行总结,没有起到画龙点睛的作用,是不是限时写的,最后没有时间了吧

现在开始讨论:
1、因材施教可以减少学生花在他们不喜欢的科目上的时间。我是想说这个的。
2、关于the fruit of a man 我是想说一个人的成果,而不是一个有成果的人。想改成one's fruit。
3、安婧的语言不好,这一点已经勿庸置疑了。现在正在找行之有效的解决方法。
4、那还真不是限时写的。
5、其他的建议我全盘接受。
