【听力练习】每天学习 VOA——TAKE 5

选用这个做听力练习的材料：http://www.voanews.com/english/podcasts.cfm
选择第一个video：TAKE 5
每天5分钟的视频，5个小新闻，听完做笔记（内容不限，可以是词句分析，也可以听抄，只要自己听懂了就好），一遍不行就多听几遍
会比SA 60s 稍微轻松一点，因为有图像的帮助

具体操作方法：
第一次：先打开itunes；点击网页上take5的itune按钮；于是跳到itunes/podcast界面；点击小小的subscribe灰色按钮（旁边写着free的）
之后几次：打开itunes，点左边的podcast，然后右面出现订阅的所有podcast，点take 5，然后play你要的那个就好了。（每次打开itunes会自动下载新的podcast，如果有的话）

听力是一个缓慢非线性的过程

加一点我练习的方法：
第一遍认真看/听 已听懂大意为目标
第二遍可以不看图像 注意听句子/用词 同时用手记下来
如果觉得不行 还可以听第N遍
