Study is one of themost important part of one's life, and so are teachers. If a teacher has theability to maintain a good relationship with students, students will treat himas a friends. Moreover, a student is likely to love a subject when he like theteacher of the subject, he will also study
more actively.

If a teacher canmaintain a good relationship with him students, for example, they always talkto each other or play basketball together, then students will treat him as afriends. Students are willing to do the assignments the friend gives. Iremember when I was in primary school, all my classmates including me like ourChinese teacher, because he always come to classroom at spare time and readsome interest story to us, he also play football with us when we were attendingphysical classes. We expected his class everyday and we always did hisassignment as soon as possible.

Another reason thatrelationship between students and teachers are very important is that we tendto like the course taught by the teacher we like. I think we all have theexperience: if we like a teacher, no matter whether because of his personalityor humorous, we are more willing to study this course. To me, in my college Ilike my Data Structure course's teacher because he can always explain a complexproblem in a easy understanding ways, so I tried to study very hard on thiscourse. This is also very important for teacher and students in high school,because a high school students are going to choose a major in college. Forinstance, if a students in high school has a good relationship with his biologyteacher and interests in biology area, he is likely to choose biology as hismajor.

Finally, let'sconsider what is a good teacher. Generally speaking, a good teacher is someonewhose students are good at study. If teachers and students have a goodrelationship, the students will
be moreactive to ask questions and communicate with his teacher, this lead studentseager to study and understand how to study
