It has long been a heated discussion about students’ study load in China. More and more people begin to realize that it is unfair to make children endure such a heavy load of homework. In addition, many educationists state that it is not necessary for teachers to assign homework to students every day. As far as I am concerned, I may not agree with the idea. In fact, I do think that daily homework is very significant for students, and there are a couple of reasons to name it.

To begin with, daily homework gives more opportunities for those children to be praised by teachers. We can not deny that teachers’ praises play an important role in educating students. Frankly speaking, it is praises from teachers that encourage students to work harder. If a child does well in daily homework, s/he may be commended by the teacher s/he respects. For those students, it is a great honor to be praised in front of his/her classmates, and a single credit can stimulate them to pursue for more. Also, the credit is essential for shaping students’ personalities. If a student gains many commendations, s/he would feel more confident than the common students, which helps him/her in numerous aspects.

Secondly, daily homework helps to restrict students’ bad behaviors. As we say students are minors, they are actually immature, that is to say, they sometimes are not able to tell white from black. If we cut the daily homework, it is true that there will be more time for children to manage. However, in some cases, the time may not be sufficiently used by the students. When they are freed from heavy study load, some children would spend time on watching TV, playing games. Not every child can well deal with the time by themselves. In fact, compared with daily homework, students really feel lost facing the spare time.

To sum up, as many students don’t have the capability to handle their time well, it is teachers’ responsibility to assign daily homework to them. Admittedly, it is necessary to reduce students’ study load, but eliminating daily homework is inadvisable.

If we cut the daily homework, it is true that there will be more time for children to manage. However, in some cases, the time may not be sufficiently used by the students. When they are freed(released) from heavy study load, some children would spend time on watching TV, playing games. Not every child can well deal with the time by themselves. 花花写的很流畅,两个观点也很贴和主题,可能是限时写作,所以写的比较简单,建议多总结些黄金句型套上去,还有,一定要有例子哦
9.12考试加油,花花这么棒,一定会马到成功的
