Someone is fed up to the tired and boring tasks. Someone has put up with the ugly boss for a long time. In a word, a change of job seems necessary for some of the workers.

However, there are some people want to attach to one job without any change during all their lives. Although a lot of people change jobs frequently, the rest of them remain in one job until they retire. Although many workers run on wheel between job markets, it does not mean the worker stay in one job is not important. In fact, some scientists and engineers devote themselves to their specific area and make great contribution to the progress of our society. These people, without changing jobs during their lives and entertain some new careers, are much more respectable.

To sum up, people nowadays change their jobs easily and frequently, however, we cannot make the conclusion that people are impossible to remain in one job. Those, who can focus on one career and try to be an expert, may gain great success than the others.
