为大公司工作好还是为小公司工作好


Whengraduated from university, we would face with the problem of choosing a job. Aswe know, there are so many companies around us, and even though we did notperform well in the interview, we also should encounter the question: whetherwe should search jobs among the big companies, or just notice the smallercompanies. Some people claim that in smaller companies, people would have morechance to be promoted. However, if I was facing with the problem, I prefer tochoose the large companies for several reasons.

Noone can deny that most recourse in the world or in some countries is controlledby large companies, which means that the larger companies would get the benefitmore easily. As we know, larger companies can be more stable than smaller ones,and they can operate normally even in the winter of economy, such as the globalrecession. According to some statistical data, eighty percent of smallercompanies would shut down after three years of running, and in the twentypercent of existed ones, only twenty percent can grow to be larger ones. Inaddition, other researchers recently declare that among the companies shut downin the global recession, sixty seven percent are smaller companies. Thus, wecan know that jobs in larger companies would be more permanent than those in smallerones. So it would better for us to find a job in larger companies.

Lookat the factories in the world, especially the top 500 ones. We can find thatlarger companies would provide more chance for employees to train. And all ofthem regard the training very important, which can help them cultivate someoutstanding workers. In such companies, the training system is so perfect andmature, which can lead people learn more useful knowledge and understand itmore profoundly during the training. One of my best friends, who now is workingat the largest network facilities company in China, Huawei Company, went toabroad and took into the training for half a year. After returning, he became oneof the most important technological managers in his project. He has told me theadvantages of training system in larger companies for several times and said thatthe training experience was so valuable in his life.

Thereare several reasons I choose the larger companies. In common, the management inthe larger companies is better than that in the smaller ones. Many usefulmanaging tools are used in these companies, especially some software, such asERP, PLM and so on. Thus, working in the companies would be more efficientowing to the help of computers and scientific norms.

Ofcourse, working in the smaller companies, we can get more chance to bepromoted. But if we can try our best on our work in larger companies, the chanceis equally more, which also help us get higher position. It is a fact that wecan learn more, earn more and enjoy more in the large companies. Therefore, ifI can, I would try to enter the larger companies for a promising future.
