是application procedure，那就是说rolling针对的不仅是ms 还有phd了。

其他phd/master都是econ

我记得好像是会发email 给你username和密码（not so sure at the moment)，还有asf的链接
然后可以开始ASF.

奇怪的是我umd先申了econ，之后用同一个asf，一直没有交fee的页面pop up。

umd一点好就是只寄一次gt成绩。

我发过两次邮件，主要是问econ的申请，但我想这apply to其他吧，
答案是：
"As soon as you can, please mail in the Certification of Finance form and Visa information"---->

"You may submit your application without your certification of finances. However, if you are recommended for admission by your department, you are then required to provide evidence of financial support. To certify your finances, you must submit the Certification of Finances Form and adequate bank statements from your sponsor OR adequate funding from your department in the form of a full assistantship or fellowship."
