潜水了很久终于打算发一篇文了    *-*因为很没有信心> <…………不过亲们尽量打击好了……心里承受能力还是有的……考试是在2月中旬。。。 觉得自己是个写文章比较混乱 连提纲也米有列……对不起看文的各位…………然后写的也比较短…… 不多说了    请多多指教！谢谢~



131"The arts (painting, music, literature, etc.) reveal the otherwise hidden ideas and impulses of a society."


I strongly agree with the speaker’s assertion that the arts reveal the otherwise hidden thoughts and urges of a society. Although one may argue that some artists created their arts for individual purpose at first, I believe they more or less expressed certain feelings in their work which inevitably related with the society.

Consider first about Bach’s music, which is known as a kind of religious music. Obviously, as a protestant, he consistently mixed his worship of Christian god into his music. To some extent, his fame even contributes to this kind of pious music. He believes that music is a way he communicates with god. However, hasn’t the music expressed the unique thought of Bach own? Was his sacred music created only for god? In fact, Bach enjoys more fame in a period of none-religious time than ever before. His music is not only about religion, but more about a spirit that a whole society share, that is a pity for disaster, the desire for peace and the wish for better life. Even in his music, there is a strong prevailing German style. A dark, melancholy feeling only Germany could understand at that period. The Well-Tempered Clavier, for instance, shows the especially careful German way of thinking. So I believe, his music, just like any other art forms, conveys the secret ideas and impulses of a society.

And of course Bach is not alone. Turning a look into China, we can also find lots of examples to prove the assertion. Chinese poems in ancient time are known for the beauty of rhythm and the word. Poets like to depict fabulous of nature. But unlike the florid outlook, the poems always conceal a deeper feeling. Famous poets in China are usually those who failed to realize his political ambition, thus writing poem as a way to let off his sadness. One may say that it’s those poets’ personal hidden ideas. However, looking at all those poets as a whole, we can find the thoughts are coincidentally similar to each other. It’s not a particular form, but a common hidden power against the feudal society and unfairness.


The trend of using art to express feeling transcend until now. In more recent form of Animation also contain the impulses of a society. Disney is not only an image of a lovely mouse, but a smart mouse which can control the thoughts of certain groups of people in a society. “Bambi”enjoys its reputation in World War Two attributes to the undeniable ploy of society’s pulse. The deer represents somehow freedom and peace, a common wish of all the people around the world. And peace, of course, is a permanent urge of the society. Nowadays, animation could touch nearly every field, no matter science fantasy, history maze, or even climate change; it shows us what we can not feel in real life and highlights the impulses of a society.

In sum, the expression of art of hidden idea and urges of society filled in every aspect of society, and I believe, it will continue to show these function in the future.

这篇文章好可爱啊好可爱~~~清清爽爽例子新颖
不足的是巴赫和诗人的例子都不够切题，没有很好地扣住the otherwise hidden ideas and impulses of a society，感觉逻辑引申不够，很多时候自己砸自己的脚，说express personal feeling
Bambi的例子我感觉很好，这样说艺术作品反映时局，民众想法，大众品味之类的例子感觉比较容易切题，同类的例子还有比如德拉克洛瓦（Eugene Delacroix）的那个画《自由领导人民》，《双城记》讲法国大革命，印象派impressionism新思潮下隐含的社会转变，文艺复兴......重点是要扣在society上，个人行为和社会相联系非常重要，不能光摆例子而缺乏与主题的逻辑联接。
语言上还可以，表意清晰。少数句子有问题，如Poets like to depict fabulous（？adj.） of nature.

写文的时候自己第一个想到的例子其实是巴赫的那个
但音乐这些比较抽象的东西或许没有很好的文笔 是比较难表达出的 （外加偶混乱的逻辑）偶会去再改下的
society这方面的联系恩 分析的的确不够 也觉得自己在每一段之间没有太大的联系……也许是选了三个方面的问题的关系 ，但作为一篇文章觉得缺乏连贯性

巴赫那个是可以的，但是切题方面做得不行，主要估计前面写神学内涵太多。。。而且还自砸说这个反映个人什么，其实可以说反映社会对宗教的啥啥之类，你想是在大的宗教背景下巴赫才会写很多宗教曲子。。。
我说可爱是说例子不错啊，但是用的不够好，再接再厉！
