Admittedly，录像作为一种记录手段，对于一些场景片段的记录，比起笔录更为直观生动有效写实，它能随时随地快速准确地记录下眼前的场景，这使他迅速受到很多人的热捧。

尽管如此，仍是无法否定笔录的重要性，let alone vc will replace wr。
1、对于，vc的优势在于能方便快速地对直观事物记录，但对于抽象事物的记录如：法律，历史文献，及一些鉴定陈述的记录，（eg历史发展的漫长进程）笔录显出了它不受时间与空间的限制的优势。
2、对于一些有隐喻的含义及抽象事物的记录，笔录亦比vc更易做到。如遇到一处美丽的景色，vc只能记录想所看得到的，给与直观的反映。但面临美景时心中的激动，笔录比vc更能诠释出感觉。
3、Vc过于昂贵，未能普及，笔录更为大众化。且随着时间流逝，笔录拥有文献的历史价值。
Sum up：两种记录方式各有所长，且两者的存在并无冲突，面临不同状况选择不同的介质来记录，更有效contribute to human's life


Since the invention of video camera ,the Erg of documentation has turn to a new page.For this case,many people lost in thought and cannot help themselves to think,wether it is the time that video camera is going to replace written records?

The essence of human wisdom should come down by documentations.In order to better save the key which open the door of the ancient wisdom, documentations have to contend two conditions.First,documentations must reflect the history accurate and actual.Second,these documentations should able to provide meaningful explanations to the history.

As a method of documentation record,video camera provide people a visualized and vivid vision .  The great point of video camera is one can record event phenomena in physical life no matter where and when you are.Hence,video camera become a hot documentation record form in a short time.We can see that ,thanks to the video camera,it provide us many vivid and convincing scenes about some important history events.One of examples is some video records about the 911 terrorism attack.We won't forget the tragedy terrorist brought about, and this history reminds us to protect and cherish our precious peace.Moreover,video cameras provide us important evidences in some cases.In brief, video camera plays a useful witness in many emergencies.

Admittedly, video camera has make a great contribute to documentation records,but we still cannot deny the important of the written records,let alone to the video camera will replace it.

As we known,an outstanding point of video camera is that it can begin to record visualized phenomena when one turns on the button "record".There is no doubt that more and more people like to use video camera because so convenient and rapidly it is.While we highly praise what a greatful creature it is,we cannot neglect there are some limits to its convenience . To record some something which is incorporeal,such as laws,historical events, survey reports, and society progression ,written records exhibit its superior to video camera as it can record something incorporeal more available.Such as TV cannot replace newspaper,video camera can not replace written record at the same reason.

To record something contain metaphors or ineffable feelings ,written records will apt to reach the point than video cameras. For instance,when we meet a unforgettable view in a trip,we always eager to leave something can recall us this excited moment. Certainly, video camera can record a vivid vision of the charming scenery. But no matter how vivid the record is,we just can share with others what a great view we once came across through the video camera. What a pity that we cannot express the excited feeling well through the camera lens. Then it is the show time of written records,by the form of written recording,people who read the words might understand the excited feeling when we face to such favorable view.

Compared with video camera,conspicuous advantage of written recording is more flexible to pass around for perusal .In the otherwise,video camera is one of the high-tech products, since the expensive price people might can't afford to own one such as who come to the third nation are not wealthy or normal students. As the cost of written recording is a far more cheap,and there is few limit to use it lead to written recording be more commonplace. Further more,written records would contain historical value as time passing.Due to these reasons,written records will still in the dominant place.

In sum,these two forms of documentation there are advantages which can not easily to be replaced.And there is no contradiction between video camera and written records.We should choice the different forms of documentation when face different cases,only in this way can each form of documentation contribute to human life effective.
