Issues13：Many of the world's lesser-known languages are being lost as fewer and fewer people speak them. The governments of countries in which these languages are spoken should act to prevent such languages from becoming extinct.

According the legend of The Tower of Babel, the creating of languages resulted in God in order to scattered the people throughout the earth.In modern times, language not only play an role of the communicating media, it also play an key role as the carrierr to pass down cultures.Further,language itself is an appearance of culture’s passing down as well.  

However,nowadays many news and surveys have reported that majority of lesser-known languages are being lost due to fewer and fewer people speak them.These information attract numerous people to focus on the controversial question,whether governments of countries should take measures to prevent languages from becoming extinct.

Many of lesser-know languages extinct means that partial of rare cultures accompany to extinct as well.Cultures are the products of human being society history.As these cultures have witnessed human developing progression, it contains a great referenced value to human future development.In this term, in order to reserve some precious cultures which passing down by those lesser-known languages,governments should take measures to rescue those lesser-known languages.

While Darwin used to raise that “survival the fiercest competence”. Only when a race become weaken it need to be protect. Since lacking vivid competence of itself, it is make no sense to protect a race deliberately.Because such a behaviour just can alleviate the critical circumstance in a short time,instead of changing its essence on the whole.Communication is the primary function of a language.A lesser-known language can pass down only when people still speak it.If it is only spoken by the old people, it is an omen that this language be in danger. If a language just appears in documentations instead of being spoken by native speakers,it might forecasts that this language faces to extinct.

Reasons of causing a lesser-known language extincts in many respects. As the decreasing of the native speakers , colonized by other countries or the youngs abandon their mother tongue to pursuiting another fashion language.In brief, a language lost its last speaker indicating such a language eliminated for its inapplicable.It is invalid of governments to rescue such a lesser-known language.In addition,the artificial protection in essence is a kind of interference,it might change part of the original language by such an interference, as introducing loanwords into this language.And the artificial protection also might lead to its original culture a metamorphism .On the whole,taking measures to rescue the lesser-known language is aim to save its culture,however,the consequence is contradict to the intention.

The loss of valuable cultures is a pity. Nevertheless,it make no sense to rescue the lesser-known language for saving the valuable cultures.In order to protect the cultures and not change its purity,government could hire specialists in the domains of those cultures to record these valuable informations,instead of protect the lesser-known language. In otherwise,the point to rescue a lesser-known language lay on arosing the awareness of their native speakers ,which their cultures and language might not exist anymore.

提纲——

Point：lesser known language

2.语言不单是沟通的媒介，既文化传承的载体，也是文化传承的体现。部分语言的消失亦就意味部分可贵的文化亦会随之消失。文化是人类社会历史的产物，见证了人类的发展，对人类未来发展具有参考价值，应受到保护。
   而保护的措施是本土推广说母语，或者外来国家的兴趣学习。

3.根据“物竞天争，适者生存”，需要被保护则说明竞争力不强，即使刻意的保护亦无能改变弱小的本质。再者，人为保护实质上是一种干涉，会使其部分失去原来的本质，亦就是会使其原来的文化受干扰造成变质。而保护的原意是使其文化得到保存，这样做有违初衷。
  Further point:部分lesser语言之所以能流传在于仍有人用它来交流，当已没有使用它的人时，说明它也许因不适用而被淘汰。保留一种没有人会使用的言语是徒劳的

4.为了使有价值的文化被保留，然而为了保护文化而去刻意保护语言，会产生文化入侵。如当今许多语言都有了外来词。为了使文化既得到保护又使其纯正，可以通过部分对此文化有研究专家对其记录（museum,exhibition,collection)而非刻意地去保护语言。再者要保护语言的重点在于本土人士的觉悟。

个人观点：为使部分有价值文化得到保留，应有选择性得保护一些语言

感觉通篇大论都在和文化扯来扯去，也不知跑题了没，还把草木的bable引用得很无厘头。这个提纲列得无比长，而且颇为的意识流，但就胜在主要的都是自己想到的，以前写之前都参考了别人的提纲，被间接洗脑了。当一字一词都是自己的想法时，为凑过500字也凑得无比艰辛，唉~~脑子里还是空得很。
