不过，一般不都是主句里面用will do，而非独立从句里面用现在时态？e.g. If it rains tomorrow, we will not go camping.

没错啊 就是时态一致的问题  前面的NO MATTER和WHENEVER都是一般时态表示在生活中无论怎么怎么怎么 她（总是）会 注意总是出现了（中文翻译过来的时候）  表示一种习惯 用一般现在时
