COMMENT:
Inthe past 5 years, medical care system in US was under boundlessargument and ended up in failure. This year, it may have an alteration.
Thepassage of the bill suggests us many benefits from it, full coverage ofthe health insurances, diminshing expenses and no harm to privateinsurers. However, Mr Obama seems to ignore some more facts, which mayundermine the materialization of the bill and havoc the medical systeminstead.
First, Restriction on employer seems to be the firstand best step to realize the reform, it may none the less bring aboutan unexpectated unemployment. Since an obliged payment for theinsurance is for sure a burden, empolyer will more likely turn tolaying off staff, which may worsen originally-unpromising market.
Second,as Republican stated, the cost of the subsidies might be underestimatedand far beyond the advertised $900 billion. How can a government, whichhas long under deficit, afford it is unclear.
However,it's better to take a risk rather than staying still. Unsured the billmay seem, it's worthing a try. It may not obtain all of what itpromises. yet, experices instead is sure to acquire and that's what thecurrent medical system lacks. |
