我收到约克大学一封信Thank you for your recent application for a place on the MA in Teaching
English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) at the University of
York.

I am delighted to be able to tell you that Dr Margaret Hearnden, the
Programme Leader, has recommended that you be offered a place.

PLEASE NOTE: This is conditional pending confirmation from the University's
Graduate Schools Office (GSO) that your degree equates to a Thank you for your recent application for a place on the MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) at the University of York.

I am delighted to be able to tell you that Dr Margaret Hearnden, the
Programme Leader, has recommended that you be offered a place.

PLEASE NOTE: This is conditional pending confirmation from the University's
Graduate Schools Office (GSO) that your degree equates to a UK 2.1.

If your degree is equivalent to a UK 2.1, the GSO will write to you with
the formal offer to confirm the terms and any other conditions which may be
attached to it. The GSO will also enclose an acceptance form with their
offer letter for you to sign and return to them. We very much hope that you
will accept the offer and look forward to welcoming you to the University .
Please let me know if you decide not to take up your place on the
programme.

The programme will start on 11 October 2010 and I will send you the
preparation notes approximately during March/April.

UK2.1 的意思是英国大学对本科学位的一种划分啦！2.1对应的就是985的80分啦，如果是非985的话大概要个85的样子，具体的你可以回信问下嘛

你可以具体问问约克 你的学校多少equal to 2:1

几年前我也拿到过york的offer，要求是均分80.

York是我的第二选择 结果后来拿到Warwick就抛弃York啦
