提纲：
我承认科学技术影响了人们的社会习惯，但是道德规范时人们感性的认识而非理性的思考，他不会随着技术的变化而变化更不用说决定了。
1．
诚然，科学技术的进步使得我们的生活在习惯上有了很多的变化：交通方式的改变，通信技术的发展，物流与IT行业的发展使得我们习惯于快速省时的网购。
2．
但是，在道德规范的领域，科学技术的影响微乎其微，因为：
2.1 道德规范的形成本身并不与科学技术有什么特别直接的关系，例如圣经，论语，没变过。
2.2 当我们发现我们的科学技术发展有悖于道德规范时，我们会想办法制止或者改善，例如基因工程，维和部队的出现。
2.3 科学技术不能影响道德，反而使道德影响了科学技术，粮食问题，能源，物种（生物技术）环境保护，
结论：科学技术影响行的是习惯，不是道德。

Along with the development of science and technology, it seems that more and more activities of our daily-life have been changed.Thus; some of people claim that our social customs and ethics have been influced by the bomption of technology. From my point of view, I admit that our customes has changes a lot, however, at the same time, our ethics still remain still。

Granted that during the procession of the development of technology,our lifestyle,including many aspects like communicatin,transpotation and shopping awlays try its best to keep up with the pace of tecnology.For example, the expadation of QQ software and telephone made it possible to communication in the JIT(just in time) style,our earth is becoming more and more small to us because of the increasing speed of the airplane and train.when the logestic and Internet developed, the fashon of shopping-online generated rapidly.All of these evdiences show us that the development of technology allow us enjoy a more effective life customes.

However, when it comes to the realm of ethic, I have to say that the influnce is little-if there is any.Fist of all, the generation of ethic has no necessary relationship with the development of technology. For instance, the Bibble, which is the ethic principle in the mojority of wester countries’ people’s mind, would never chang its essence from the moment it came out. As an analogy, the LunYu,which is the records of activites and words of Mr,Kong-who is regarded as a scant and hero by chinese ,hasn’t chang even a little during thousands of years.Consequently,we can not assume that the ethic will change along with the technology development.

Moreover,when we find out that the technological reaserch and study is against with our ethic, we will turn to ameliorate the condition or impede the expadation of negtive effects.When we recognizes that the study in military is out of balance and some countries-especially whose economical and militarial level is under the average-are at the risk of being aggression,the Peace Millitary whose mission is to keep the peace of the world so that our nationalwide citizens need not to worried about their lifes everyday was born.Also, the genetic engeering was impeded because it was against our moral principles. Humans are the leader of technology, that is, we wil not allow technological development against the ethic.

Last but not the least, the technology can not determines our moran priciple, on the contary, our ethic can determine the technology.To solve the problem of famin, we produced alter-native rice,the Applization of this technology free from a deluge of people from hungry.To protect our environment, we use technological equiment to record the habitate of wild animals so that we can protect their costumes and living eviromen.To save the resource, we tend to explore clearer and cheaper resouce just like widy-energy, helioenergy ,eind-energy,etc.One of the biggest difference between humans and other animals is that we have moral responsibilitiy,which lead all of ua actions-including develop technology of course.

To sume up , the technology do chang our customes of daily life,however, it is hardly to say that it can influnce our ethic,Needless to say determine.Our moral pricinple generated during the history of humans will not just change bucause of the modolization.
