Such is human nature that people are willing to spend a lot time and effort on one's dream and then obtain some sense of achievement. As to different strivers, they may have different attitudes toward their results. Some people tend to feel satisfied to every work they finished no matter it is easier or harder, because every success is due to some hard work, while others would
believe that
more challenging work will bring much more exciting. As following aspects carefully considered, I tend to think that people could receive more happiness when they conquer a challenging task.

A more complicated task would bring much more rewards to the winner than an easy one. In human resource market, employers are usually willing to pay a higher salary to a position, which is responsible for dealing with some difficult work, like research and design for new software; In Olympic Games, gold medals are rewarded to the ones who can beat the strongest competitors in the world; Also the world famous Nobel Prize is also in favor of the scientists who is able to conquer the most difficult challenges in modern society. We can see that the best prizes in every field all tend to be awarded to the people who can finish the most complicated work, while most people choose to give up because it is inconvenient. Only when they try to solve the difficulties, our world is able to proceed and the great honor and rewards can certainly be a unique experience of happiness.

People can develop valuable habits when they choose to finish a tough work than an easy one. With much more inconvenience, a challenging problem usually requires more time and energy. It can not be finished at once. During this process, the solver has to try every possible means, and face numerous times of failure and experience frustration, all of them can lead to patience, perseverance and a focused mind. These valuable habits, once being developed, would benefit a people for a whole life: bring them more chances to conquer darkness in life, easier to success and then be more confident to face every failure.

More growth can be obtained in the pursuit of solution to a more difficult work, which would also lead to more happiness to people. Take a small experience of me as a case in point, I work as an intern in a law firm. Last month I take part in a case of infringement of Intellectual property right from internet. The internet service is very latest and the current regulation in China didn’t cover its interest. Therefore my colleagues and I organized into a team and tracked down information from library and Internet. Finally we won the case and prevented our client from great loss. During this process, I have read many latest cases even from the United State and EU, and wrote up what we find into articles. Both my English and knowledge in copyright are all improved. Therefore, a difficult work can lead us to fill blanks in our knowledge and thus bring more happiness than repeating some skills to do an easy work.

Every work, we have to admit that, has some merit to do. I don’t mean that trivial work can not bring us sense of responsibility and no one should deny doing some easy work. Once we are skilled to handle them, we should be willing to try some challenging ones, because when people use more time and effort to solve a problem, they can win a higher rewards and honor from the society, develop good habits for themselves, extend their ability and obtained more growth in their own field, all of which can certainly lead to a greater happiness.

本段来说，给人的直观感觉上论点和第二段基本相似，其实这也没什么，如果能用例子或是语言的叙述方式上加以区分就会是很好的论证，不然对文章的整体表现上有影响， 其次，例子最好能再精炼些，将近100字有些冗长啦^_^是不。0 _/ D* d, f" h' D
Every work, we have to admit that, has some merit to do. I don’t mean that trivial work can not bring us sense of responsibility and no one should deny doing some easy work. 整篇文章看，就像你说的问题确实存在，不过不是什么大问题，句式的变换上，因为个人语言方面也很烂没办法给于意见，有好的意见请不吝赐教^_^，其实感觉句式已经很好了，字数的把握，论证的结构的问题，就应该是在写之前心理有一个清楚的提纲，知道每段，每段的每句要写什么，要写的目的是什么。最后补充，最好加上另一点的论证，不用多，每段一句即可——相反观点所带来的不happy ^_^8 n4 T. ^" p$ q* k$ c3 c, l

2.4 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Technology makes people’s lives simpler  in turn to make people’s lives more complicated.

Recently I heard of some complainment from our customers on our auto customer service systems. When they have some problems, they can call our 800 telephone and solve some ordinary problems by following the assistant of computers. The results, however, proved to be terrible. Customers think they wait for too long time or they may dail the wrong number, which make things worse. In their belief, the new technology, which supposed to easy our lives, makes things more difficult.

This is one kind of opinion toward modern technology. As for me, the conveniece improved technology has brouht to our lives is much more than the inconvenience in general.

Take food as a case in point. Today we have various kind of choice to deal with a dinner due to advantages of new technology. First of all, we can prefer to eat at restaurant outside. Moreover, if don't want to go, we just pick up a telephone and order something. Internet is also a new choice. An increasing number of restaurant begin to accept online reservations. Even eating at home, equipped with modern household appliance, like microwave oven, natual-gas power, preparation for food is much easier than before. It is easy to say, modern technology make our lives much more convenient.

More than food, people also take advantage of improved means of transportation everyday. Beijing is a large city famous for its dense population and bad traffic. I used to spend about forty minutes to go to work on bus, not mentioning some bad weather, say, snow. fog, or heavy rain. However, last year a new subway line has been completed, connecting my home and office. To my surprise, it only takes me about twenty minutes arrive at my office and I never need to worry about the traffic jam. Moreover, the tube station is neither too cold nor too warm. The convenience  not only saves me more time  but also brings me good mood, which makes me feel more energetic
and productive.

Some people would say the traffic condition is still bad and the subway line is crowed. It is may be true, but  the basement is that we already enjoys a new choice to improve our lives due to the contribution of new technology. In conclusion, the practice of a new technology may be not fully successful. It may turn an easy task into a comlicated
one, but in the long run, our lives is better due to the revolution of technology and will continue to be improved by the force of new technology.

        语言：1.基本上没有语病，单词也都比较到位，个人感觉如果吹毛求疵的话可以个别的句子用一些亮点单词和亮点句型，（强调句，倒装句，设问句）。
        结构：2.文章贴近生活，很具体实在，不过建议常常记得在段首和段尾加一两句总结归纳升华的语句，能够使结构更加清晰，论点明确。谁叫他们老美都是线性思维呢~
