如果想要和一大群人交流思想，最有效的方法是利用图形，而并非语言。

It is unfair to hastily generalize either images or languages have the superiority over each other in respect to effectiveness, owing to they both seize irreplaceable merits that cannot be overwhelmed mutually-- especially communication with large groups of people.

I concede that the speaker is on the controversial side of functions of nerves cells. As science turns out, brain nerves are inclined to grab visual stimulation for a longer term.
That is why when we recall what happened, certain scenarios or images flash into our mind vividly while scarcely remembering anything with words. After all, languages were created to describe images received by our eyes, such as where can we find food to eat, water to drink, something basically for survival. Afterwards, languages contribute to communicate and record thinking and feelings toward stimulations from images reflected in brains-- that is, vision along with other senses is the source of languages which evolve along with human civilization. Sometimes, an image strikes a feeling so strong that is beyond description, such as beauty of the nature, symbolized by sunrise. If we only read words or listen to works of a master of language, scarcely would we understand the deep shock from such spectacular scenario, and this is beyond the power of language.

Although images convey information vividly and provide people the joy from visual sense, do it ensure a quicker way to deliver messages compared with language? Certainly not. Considering how we pursue our education path and receive what we need in the sea of information in our daily life. Languages , as human wisdom to express information, not only contain the objective messages, but also subjective attitude, such as anger, happiness, upset and so forth to reflect result of occurring, our decisions that have been changing and constructing history and social developments. Hardly can we live well without knowing the local language in a foreign country, in that it is a fantasy to show demands clearly just through showing pictures to other members in society--a threshold problem is drawing pictures cannot serves as briefly as languages do; secondly, pictures to convey meanings lead to ambiguities. Not everybody recognize the same information from images. Yet, this is not the deficiency of languages, sometimes words from novels are more likely to arouse fabulous imaginations to the readers, bringing a sense of beauty to enjoy, while images, more often than not, confine and regulate the contend and deprive the effectiveness of author's intention.

Just as words are capable of arousing the strongest emotions and enable orator to sway his audience and prompt all actions, if we seize the benefits of images and combine it with language, more magical power will be created to deliver our will to the masses. As a matter of fact, how to communicate more effective without ambiguity not rely on which method we choose, but skills to express our meanings. Consider those great men and women active in politics, whoever use chart, forms, pictures to present their objectives, body gestures to express charming personalities, convincing language to persuade their constituents in proper occasions, are more likely to seize the trust of audiences, and then fulfill their dreams.
If an expert merely introduce his theory in professional terms to green hands in his area, the communication will be his talk show, unaccepted by the masses, whereas charted, or easy words to stimulate imagination by connecting former knowledge with the new one appeal to better results .Thus, neither languages nor images can be sufficient to conduct information if work separately without cooperation appropriately.

In sum, images and languages due to differences in their brevity, function to understand, skills to conduct, lead to varies of result to communicate. If we combine the use of them together, the efficiency of communication can be greatly enhanced.
